Excellent hotel walking distance to city centre

Pros: Everything see above. We also enjoyed walking round the hotel looking at the Art on the walls of the corridors - very tastefully decorated.
Cons: A little more coffee in the bedrooms
Location: Perfect location for visiting Karlplatz Gallery/museum and many other galleries and concert halls.
The hotel was conveniently located to the city with Art Galleries and Museums within walking distance. We dined at the hotel on our first evening and the service and food was exceptional. The staff at reception were very helpful especially Elisabeth, who advised and recommended several tours and visits we were interested in. Our hotel room was spotless and beautifully decorated with a Klimpt headboard. All the staff in the restaurant, bar, reception were polite, helpful and efficient. We had a wonderful 5 day break. Thank you. We are never disappointed with MGallery hotels.

Massive construction next to hotel.

Pros: The location (without ongoing construction). We were able to walk to the tram that took us to the main attractions.
Cons: The staff could be more helpful and knowledgeable about the city they live in. The hotel needs a full room upgrading. Improve the dinning experience.
Location: The entire city of Vienna is surrounded by amazing architecture. Is like walking around an outdoor museum. They emphasize their musical background.
The first thing that stood out was the massive 8 floor building under construction next to the hotel. I thought expedia would have warned us about this situation.The breakfast buffet was truly awful and the staff was very rude when we asked questions. They rolled their eyes and made comments to each other about us thinking that we didn't understand German. The dinner was a joke. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and we were the only ones there. After tasting the food we asked for the check and went to a near by McDonald's to have dinner. The concierge that's on the pictures was nowhere to be found. There was just an empty desk the entire 6 days we were there. We had to find our own way around the city. The room was small and cramped with useless furniture. Only 2 drawers to put away our clothes and other items. Everyday I had to locate housekeeping to get wash towels. They never left any after cleaning. The carpets were dingy and stained. But the worst part was not been able to take a nap during the day, and waking up at 7 am to the construction noise next door.

ウィーン市内のどこに行くのも便利なロケーションで、清潔でとても快適でした。また、こちらの不手際だったダブルブッキングの予約もフロントの方がキャンセルしてくれるなど、対応もとても丁寧で助かりました。

Pros: 部屋の広さ
Cons: エレベーターの使い勝手が悪い。
Location: ベルヴェデーレのすぐ近く。コンツェルトハウスはすぐ隣。楽友協会、国立歌劇場まで10分とかかりません。
Ringより少しだけ外れているだけで、Ring内のホテルと同じ料金でも、部屋が広いのが良いです。トラムなどを使わなくても、大抵の場所は徒歩で行けます。
