Stellar staff but no A/C
Decent rooms and good price breakfast. The main negative point is there are no air conditioning. The temperature in the room was quite high during the night. The staff was really helpful and accommodating. The location was ok and quiet. I would go back if there are room with air conditioning.

My family had booked this hotel in December last year for a brief stay in July however due to COVID we were not allowed to leave our country (Australia) nor enter Austria so we had to cancel our trip. I tried to discuss my booking several months in advance however the hotel originally ignored my messages and later refused to provide any sort of refund or credit for future use as the fee had already been charged. I can appreciate that the original booking was non-refundable however it was not my family’s choice to cancel the trip and I had hoped the hotel would have some sympathy given the circumstances.

Basic not very confortable
The hotel is situated not far from the Jewish quarter which was good for us as we wanted Kosher restaurants and kosher bakeries but it is not near the historical center and the cleaner forgot to clean our room one day out of the 4!The bunk bed is not confortable at all.

The bed was absolutely awful I don’t have back problems but woke up in pain due to how awful it was! I had read other reviews saying this and have slept in some basic places but I definitely agree with the reviews now. Hotel was very clean but there were no tea and coffee making facilities without paying downstairs. This isn’t clear when booking. I wouldn’t stay again and wish I had chosen a different hotel.

There is nothing about paying for pets and parking until you come to the hotel. I needed to pay more than half of my room price for 1-day parking (19,5e) and my pet (15e). The hotel looks like a student dorm room witch is turned in the hotel, at reception they give you a paper form to fill in your info...

amazing holiday
Had a great time in vienna, we stayed there from oct25-28. Hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from the main city center. There is a nearby Ubahn or metro form the hotel just a 5mins walk. Location is quiet and there was a few retaurants, supermarkets around the corner. Mcdo is just 1 block from the hotel. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Viennese people were friendly and lovely. Room is spacious for family of four. Highly recommended.

It is a good place to crash for a night or two, it has an excellent location, the rooms are Ok, very basic, but please keep in mind there is NO A/C, just a small fan. Toiltetries are very limited (just liquid soap) and no extras (at least not in my room) like coffee machine, waters etc. But as I said it is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff is super friendly and they have vending machines and a restaurant that serves a nice breakfast buffet and turns into a lounge at night. If you are looking for a cool place to stay with no extra fancy things this is your place. I would stay here again It is very goof for the price you pay.

the hotel even has a full guest kitchen. Our kid is sick and we could use the kitchen for making some soup which is really nice. And the price of the hotel is very reasonable. It's close to 2 grocery store and close to underground transportation U2 line.

A great hotel / hostel
A quick check-in, and a short stroll up the stairs to our room - a lift is available but only on the 1st floor. Booked a triple room and had a room with twins with a converted sofa bed, all comfortable enough. Room of decent size and a reasonable bathroom. Hotel is in a quiet area and just a short walk from 2 U train stations. The hotel has a guest kitchen which has a large fridge and cooking facilities, which was handy. Only downside I would suggest is the lacking of AC. A fan was in the room.
