Good hotel for price

Nice, comfortable hotel, close to Praterstern. Had room at front which was huge, but noise from road was quitr intrusive. En suite bathroom was a bit dated and could have done with some TLC. Breakfast more limited than others but good. Staff friendly on the whole.

Pros: Free Wi-Fi and nice breakfast.
Cons: All German TV -- could not find BBC or CNN station.
Location: Walking distance to U-Bahn Line U1/U2 Prater Station; 3 or 4 stops to Karlsplatz/Stephensplatz on the Ringstrasse. Restaurant/supermarket next door.
Nice experience. Helpful reception desk staff, especially the day gentlemen. The woman in the dining room was also friendly and helpful. Nice quiet single room with safe (I didn't use!) facing the gardens on ground floor.

Euro trip

Pros: location and friendly staff
Friendly staff, great breakfast, air conditioned rooms (it was very hot outside) in August, great location - subway right around the corner and just a few stops to city center. Rooms were very clean with a bathroom, shower, mini fridge. there are 2 super markets right next to the hotel for snacks, water, etc. Highly recommended!

transport access- very good

Posted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: well location. easy access to tourist attraction places via tram/train satisfactory breakfast
Cons: I guess that room cleaning should be done on daily basis. night shift staff is not helpful at all . welcoming guests service needs to be improved
Location: closed to Giant wheel ( Prater ) 7 mins walk from hotel.
very closed to Praterstern station-7 to 10 mins walk from hotel. also easy access to other main stations. bus/tram/ train access are very easy- well located breakfast is pretty good too. satisfactory breakfast morning on duty staff (Daniel ) is very helpful and friendly. easy access to city airport

This is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price and in a convenient location, a 10-minute walk from the Prater and a 20-minute walk from Wien-Mitte. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-lit. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast very satisfactory and included in the price. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if visiting Vienna again.
