It was second time for me to stay and choosing this hotel lovely receptionist’s very friendly and welcoming I’m so happy and pleased I would like to come to Vienna and stay in this same hotel highly recommend A*****

Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel's ground floor WC was very clean, despite it is open to all guests. Unfortunately the bathroom cleanliness in our room was just OK, but not perfect. We did not complained, just washed away the residue from the cleaning mop. The carpets in the hotel show serious wear (in the room and in the lounge as well) , a thorough cleaning would upgrade the feel of the entire hotel. We used this hotel as a budget option to stay for one night.

Good room but service not very welcoming and the "free parking" that they sell is ment for whatever you find on the street, you need to pay on parking if you want to park in the hotel parking

Even though at first it seemed a little far from my meetings at the IAEA VIC it was easily serviced via the S line from Fredisdorf station connection to U1 line at Prater stern station then U 1 line to Kaisermuehlin The alternate was U6 line to Spittalau, connecting to To U4 line , connecting to U1 line at Schwedan Platz and then to Kaisermuehlen Only downside was s lack of nearby decent restaurants in vicinity of hotel. But not to fear, a short U line ride to Schwedan Platz got me to the j Beisel - my favourite restaurant that dares back to 1447. Ask the zither player to play the Third MSN theme!

The Room very well ; the receptionist in the morning of our arrive very nice instead the receptionist of the evening our last day has been not good . We asked her for dinner and she answered not well . We dodn’t have dinner !

Over all experience was good compared to money spent. I had two rooms for my family, one of them had a coffee maker, and the other hadn't. I found holes in a towel.

I’ve enjoyed my stay; however, the hotel’s management should check the quality of the services. For example, one of the rooms I had booked didn’t have a water boiler, a towel had holes, and didn’t have a coffee machine when I booked for the second time.

Very quaint, nice size rooms for the value. Seemed like very nice common areas too. We were only in the room one night and did not get a chance to experience all the amenities. The bathroom doors were backwards making for odd use of the space. No wash clothes and could here some of the neighboring rooms.

Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel with a clean, spacious room with a balcony where we had dinner. The location is a bit far away from city center, but not a big issue as there’re train/tram/bus station nearby. We had a memorable stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to metro
Nice hotel, easy to find, easy to park the car, close to metro. The only problem is the trams running along the street, but if the window is closed it's ok. Overall, it's a great hotel and great location.

The hotel advertises air conditioning. However this isn't air conditioning. It doesnt go below 18 degrees. We had set this to to 10 celsius and woke up at 1am to a sweltering heat. We had to open the windows fully and sleep like this over night. The hotel is on a tram line so this was very noisy and we had a terrible sleep. Totally ruined the next day. I phoned reception the next day and I dont feel the point was taken on board. We were given 2 days free breakfast for this but wasn't really acceptable as we should have really had some discount. Also the tv didnt work the first night. A very average experience. Wouldnt stay again. Hotels.com should contact the hotel about air conditioning advertising as this is a false advertisement.

Twice the Charm
My second time here and once again happy with it being local to my appointments The area is fair at best but metro is close Really love the staff especially Ag***| Sil****,Li** and Mer**** They all were great in adding true care to customer service - personality and charm to what could have been much more average stay
