Comfortable safe lodging with helpful staff
Reception staff were very helpful and patient with any and all questions I had. Daily housekeeping was reliable. The free coffee machine was a welcome respite as well as the tea packets. Location is convenient to a subway stop and area is very safe.

The room was clean with a modern bathroom and great wifi. My main issue was that although it is stated that the room is airconditioned, the air-conditioning was in fact turned off. When I asked about this I was told that it was because summer was over, despite it being a warm Autumn. The personnel at reception where able to find a fan for me but it would not work, I informed of this the following day, they got me another fan which also did not work! I tolerated the stay with the windows open, but the noses from the street is considerable. Luckily I had early morning appointments so the noise acted as an alarm clock. Although everything else about the hotel was good, I believe the switched off air-conditioning system constitutes false advertising.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated, Carpet needs a refresh, but overall clean and cozy. We were upgraded to a suit which was great and had a cute balcony. You can get bicycles for free. Unfortunately they did not have a size suitable for our teens. Complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was great! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and warm space
This hotel was by far one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The atmosphere was very welcoming, it was close to transportation and attractions and the people who worked at the reception were so attentive and warm. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The ladies always knew what drink I wanted in the morning and evening, that’s a lot of paying attention to details. The room was clean and even had a table for personal use. The bed was comfortable. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay.

Best hotel in vienna
The hotel was amazing!!! The room was fantastic!! The crew were helping and understanding!! We enjoyed out stay and definitely going to be staying there again! And also… the location and phenomenal!! Its really Close to the shoping center!

Well we were looking for a hotel, not expensive, yet good and centrally located. it's 400 meters off mariahilfger strasse . the U3 metro line is the same distance from the hotel (on the main srtrasse mentioned above). the hotel seems new. very big room for me and my wife. indoor closet, safe, coffee capsule machine etc. the breakfast is very good. In the lobby they have a coffee-tea machine you can drink all you want. Wifi very strong. If you need to park your car they have an underground parking. We left in the evening so storage of our luggage was very easy When we attended the receptions with questions they were very generous. They have as a very small selection of beverages and snacks should you feel like having something in the middle of the night. The main street has everything: shops, good restaurants, hot dog stands, pizza, little supermarket etc. Excellent by all means

Great hotel and good service. However my room was not spacious or luxurious as the photos. When I made a comment to the front desk, they responded with “ were not responsible for our marketing team .”when I asked about arranging a car transfer to airport they said to come down and they’d call a taxi. They had a framed signed featuring this service in the desk

The location of the hotel is pretty nice, not far from the city center and is easelly accessed with all kinds of public transport. The hotel itself was ok, nothing fancy, but clean and tidy. Breakfast was not the best I have had, but it is OK, especially given the price per night

Great value stay in Vienna.
This is a clean and modern hotel located near but not in the busy Vienna city center. Great price for this city and great location near train and subway stops. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby. Tour tickets can be purchased at the front desk. Parking for a fee is conveniently located in hotel lower level. Our room was comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast was very good!. We were very happy with this hotel choice in Vienna. Highly recommend.

The location was very close to the shopping and has an excellent loopy that has coffee machine for 24 hours. The air condition for one of our room was not cooling.
