Our family vacation at Coconut Bay Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia was truly special. My wife, our two children, and I came to enjoy a vacation, but we left with memories and connections that will stay with us for a lifetime.
From the delicious food and refreshing drinks to the Caribbean Theme Night and the Jerk Treehouse Restaurant, we enjoyed every part of our stay. But what made Coconut Bay truly special wasn’t just the beautiful resort — it was the people.
I want to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to Kianda at the front desk. From the moment she met our family, she showed such genuine kindness and care, especially toward our 3-year-old daughter. The fact that she noticed she needed milk and went out of her way to give her two cans may seem like a small gesture to some, but to us, it meant so much.
What touched us even more was the beautiful friendship that developed between Kianda and our daughter during our stay. Seeing my little girl light up whenever she saw Kianda was priceless. ❤️ As a parent, there is something incredibly comforting about seeing someone outside of your family care for your child with such genuine warmth and affection.
Kianda didn’t just make our vacation better — she became part of the memories we will take home with us. I truly hope she knows how much her kindness meant to our family.
