“Communication was terrible. We are using an American Website to reserve a stay in Finland and they sent everything in German. Then we didn’t get the info to get a code before our stay. We went to the key holder location and nobody was there. I tried calling and he didn’t speak English or Finnish. He kept telling me to “send message” and when I asked how he just repeated himself.
