The room was comfortable, but wasn't clean when we arrived. The neighbourhood was nice one with some simple but good restaurants nearby and a mcdonald's. The staff was helpful and likeable.

A great value, two blocks to subway and convenient for getting around. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay at this hotel again when visiting São Paulo.

Great Location
Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Beyond helpful. Unfortunately, not too many of them spoke English but they did the best they could. The room and hotel were both very clean but the room was a bit small. The gym was poor but the breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, free wifi and the breakfast buffet was fresh and well presented, pool nice but small, fitness area needs updating, overall nice hotel fulfilling all basic needs. Reception staff very helpful on arrival and during our stay. Metro station nearby with easy access to city centre during the day, taxi required at night.

Embora a rede seja Transamérica, o hotel inteiro estava identificado como Comfort, isso dificultou para encontrar o hotel. O quarta tinha paredes sujas, nenh utensílio de banheiro e até o secador de cabelo não estava funcionando. Para um hotel Transamérica, se é que era Transamérica, o nível apresentado foi muito ruim. A equipe até que foi bem atenciosa, resolveu parte dos problemas, mas a impressão que ficou foi muito ruim.

Bom Hotel, café da manhã com qualidade e boas opções básicas. Atendimento bom tanto na recepção como no café da manhã. Perigoso é um degrauzinho na entrada do banheiro... Exige atenção sempre... Cobertores e colchas higienizadas e lacradras com plástico, o que é uma segurança de higiene para o hóspede. A gente até fecha os olhos para os furos na colcha...

Experiência frustrante. Nos deixaram sem cobertor
A experiência de hospedagem foi frustrante. Em meio à madrugada mais fria do ano, o hotel não disponibilizou sequer um cobertor para o nosso quarto. O único recurso ofertado foi uma colcha, cujo conforto térmico se mostrou insuficiente. A recepção, infelizmente, não se mostrou capaz de resolver a situação, nem demonstrou a devida empatia pelo desconforto que enfrentávamos. Para agravar a situação, a cama extra que nos foi oferecida não condizia com o padrão prometido e era incompatível com as demais disponíveis no quarto.
