Booking in ridiculous 45 minutes not enough staff,
Door lock failed and could not gain entry to room after breakfast on second day wasted an hour ,staff who attended were apologetic but no contact from hotel,
Same story in park,lack of staff in some cases only 1
person operating resulting in unnecessary queues
Suggest the management visit USA to see how to run the parks correctly and see the level of service they provide,doubt if I’ll come back sooner save up and go to Florida
