World class service

Great stay, staff very professional, helpful and polite. Hotel super clean and very stylish. Lovely welcome on arrival by staff who took us into the lounge and provided us with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and a tray of local produce. Rooms spacious, modern With top quality fixtures/fittings. Elemis tooletries topped up daily (even toothbrush/toothpaste). The hotel was very relaxing and food was good, only criticism everything was very expensive e.g. A bag of crisps in the mini bar was €4! Other than that, we had a superb stay, thank you ANANTARA!

2nd head wedding anniversary

They gave us a delicious chocolate cake, wrote us a lovely card and also a bottle of champagne. Everything about the hotel was 1st class. We had a wonderful experience.

Amazing relaxing brilliant hotel

Pros: Everything
Cons: The rooms could do with a little updating. That is being really picky though as the rooms are great.
Location: Neat the golf course about 10 mins from the beach and the town.
Lovely clean hotel. Amazing friendly happy staff who are professional helpful and genuinely nice people. The food is great the rooms are great the pool is great... you get the idea. It’s a quiet location near the golf course. There is free hotel transport into town day or night. Nothing is too much trouble. I will be going back and I’ve never found a hotel I felt like that about before.

Nice hotel but a bit out of the way

Enjoyable break in a lovely relaxing hotel. The only downside was that food and drinks in the hotel were very expensive (more so than at comparable properties).

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff.

We arranged the Hotel Pick up from the airport for 70 euros and it was well worth it. Luxury travel and a very personal touch. On arrival the concierge was waiting for us and knew us by name and then we had a personalised check in. We had the interconnecting rooms which were stunning with a view of the pool and every amenity you could want. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the Marina, if the courtesy shuttle bus is not available it is no hassle to book a taxi usually costing about 10 euros. There is a shop at the hotel which sells water, snacks, trinkets and the staff here were also brilliant. Everyone spoke perfect English. I went with my two grown up sons and we had a brilliant time. The restaurants down the Marina are excellent and plenty of choice. Loved it, loved it. Maybe that is why I've been 5 times now.!!!

Expensive but lovely

Out of town (golf resort) - 10 minutes in an on-demand shuttle to the sister Tivoli Marina hotel, restaurants and beaches. Friendly staff; can't do enough to make your stay perfect. Large comfortable rooms. Lovely clean pools, including an adult only one. Generally quieter than beachside hotels but great for a relaxing break. Variety of food options - buffets are good; seafood restaurant very nice and a higher end fine dining experience with excellent wine selection.

Anantara success

Wonderfully hotel with excellent facilities, added to the ease of using courtesy shuttle and relationship with PuroBeach made it a great time! Staff were excellent for the most part, but new staff need to reach the expected standards sooner rather than later.
