An excellent hotel at which we have spent several

Pros: It is very clean with excellent staff who are always anxious to please.
Cons: Not able to suggest anything with my knowledge of the industry and of the business of the hotel
Location: A short distance from the centre of Vilamoura, it can quite easily be walked to enjoy the beaches, while there are several golf courses in the region
We received excellent service from all but one member of staff. This did not impact on our holiday or on the likelihood of our holidaying there again in the future. We had a very restful holiday which was very much needed.

Lovely relaxing long weekend

First time visiting the hotel and it was wonderful. The staff were all so polite and helpful and really helped to make the overall experience so good. Few downsides would be that with it being the end of season, there were no bars open close to the pool and where people had brought glasses etc outside they were not cleaned up quickly but this was only very minor - everything else was faultless and I will definitely look forward to visiting again.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Good rooms clean and quiet, excellent place to relax
Cons: Heated Swimming Pool, better buffet with some English sausages and Bake Beans for the children. Daily Bus service near by towns
Location: Hotel is about a mile from the Vilamoura Marina, Golf Club next Door, Spar shop 10 minute walk, nice houses to see if walk into Vilamoura
Great Hotel with a free up grade, which made it brilliant, down side was the bed was a bit hard, the pool was to cold to use for me. The Buffet was a bit pot luck, but if you got 150 or more for breakfast, I guess it can be hard to get it right! Otherwise we slept well the pillow were wonderful and the room was cleaned every day. Good toilets and showers with a nice big TV in each room with a good choice of TV stations. Nice and quiet place to stay with a bus shuttle service to take you down to the Vilamoura Marina every day, downside service only to 9pm but taxi near by to bring you back for a just under 6 Euro's. or Half an hour walk from the hotel to the Marina. Spar shop a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the Hotel. The apartment we had even have a washing machine, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, fridge,keep the beer cool. which was a great saving. On site a games room with full size Snooker table, pool table. Gym and free towel for sun beds, no early morning sun beds taking, not used, hotel towel would be remove in the hour, which was brilliant to free sun bed for you. Spa at the Hotel, but never used it as weather was brilliant 24C to 30C last week in October! guess we were lucky. Nice 5 star Hotel and the lifts to your floor were amazing, so smooth and fast with a wonderful view of the Hotel pool area. Would like to go back, but there's a whole world to see. Enjoy, we did and Thank you to everyone at the Hotel, who made our stay Brilliant.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Good shuttle service to the Marina. Helpful staff. Rooms very good. However, the restaurants are some what expensive and have the same menus night after night. Excellent breakfast

Nice hotel that's not in Vilamoura

Pros: Great facilities and staff,with a truly excellent breakfast buffet.
Cons: A permanent shuttle bus service is required after 5pm
Location: Location is quiet but isolated from Vilamouras restaurants and shops.
You will be walking or using taxis or rental cars.The hotel shuttle bus is permanently full and beware of que-jumpers.The hotel is a true 5 star,but located remotely from the marina and sits in a dense villa neighbourhood with very little choice of eating out .More geared for golfers because of its location.Keep these points in mind when booking this still great hotel.

Beautiful resort

Pros: Loved where it was situated. Easy access to the Marina by shuttle bus in the day and also for evening dinner.
Location: Location is lovely and quiet as it is on a golf resort
Enjoyed my 3 night stay in this hotel. For people on a budget and not looking to spend much on a short stay, I would suggest taking a short walk (10 mins) in the morning for breakfast to a cafe come restaurant called Sailors Corner. Breakfast is good and around 6 Euros. There is a Spar where you can buy water and snacks. For lunch Sailors do a great food for under 10 euros. In the evenings, I would get the shuttle to the marina where I would go for a nice walk and have dinner. Uniko did nice food but there are so many restaurants to choose from. As a solo traveller it suited me just fine. You will not be disappointed in choosing the Hilton for your stay and if you can, please pay a visit to the spa, it is just beautiful

Absolutely Brilliant!

Pros: Friendly, helpful and courteous staff and the cleanliness of all areas.
Location: Perfect for golfers. We used the bus to take us to the Marina and beach where it was more lively with shops , bars and restaurants.
We stayed at the Hilton Vilamoura from 8th-14th September 2017. our apartment was accessible and it had cooker, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It was so clean and comfortable. the pool area was so lovely and inviting to use with excellent changing facilities. The Hotel provided a courtesy bus to and from the beach and Marina at regular intervals through the day All the staff were were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help residents. When my husband took ill the desk staff were fantastic in helping me, from phoning the Hospital on my behalf and providing a courtesy car to and from the Hospital and offering to find me alternative accommodation in Faro. All their help was greatly appreciated by me at that stressful time. My heartfelt thanks to the Manager and all the staff especially Deena.
