We had an incredible stay. It was very relaxing. The staff is exceptional. The villa itself is very charming. It’s about 45 minutes from the city we had a car and would spend the day in the city and come back in the afternoon for a peaceful break.

The room was very clean, however housekeeping wasn’t always consistent. Forgot to replace the nepresso caps sometimes and drinking classes. The check in staff and concierge very excellent. I prefer to stay in the Palacio part of the hotel the restaurant there is very pretty. The rooms are spacious great tub bidet and showers. The only complaint was one night we sat at the bar for 20 min and were not even acknowledged nor ask what drinks we like. We left to Four Season which was a short walk

The stay was great! The bed was super comfortable, the staff was so friendly, and it was in the best location. There was a cool wine bar downstairs, which was a fun way to start the evenings!

Definitely the best hotel in Buenos Aires. Front desk was amazing! Thanks for the room upgrade for my birthday week. Breakfast was delicious and always enjoyable. Restaurant and pool service was slow but seemed like they improved during the 10 days at the hotel. The spa was very nice. The gym was good, but needs newer cardio. The pool is gorgeous and worth choosing Faena.

Regal Pacific Downtown is a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. The hotel also features a nice outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing break after a day of exploring. The location is one of its strongest points—right downtown and just a few blocks from great shopping. It’s also only a short 15–20 minute cab ride from many of the city’s main hotspots, making it easy to get around without hassle. Overall, a comfortable and conveniently located stay with good value.
