Some staff need better people skills especially front desk. Bartender was rude and inexperienced. Huge rat around the pool and told the bartender and didn’t make an effort to reassure us that it would get taken care of, said that more than likely the front office knew… ah well.

the place is amazing. the staff is even more amazing. beautiful, lush and green. the all inclusive drinks were rather basic and mostly juices and soda fillers. the food was great for me. i am not a food snob. some will not like it, im sure. i liked the rooms. they have a mexican vibe to them, which i really liked. the beds were a little firm.

LOVE IT!! Un lugar excepcional, muy disfrutable, el lugar es hermoso, es tranquilo, zen, las camas MUY cómodas, la comida está exquisita, el spa excelente. Además de estar en una ubicación padrísima, tienes tu atmosfera de paz, sales del hotel y tienes opciones de bares, los mejores restaurantes de Mazatlán, el mar muy cerca... sin duda para volver! amazing hotel , I was there with my children and felt safe , the staff was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed , truly a great place to stay the vacation in mazatlan ,,,, very quiet despite being on ocean view ,,, and the reason why I loved it even more is because they are pet friendly and allowed my dog stay with me and it was great .
