You pay for what you get, pretty inexpensive place BUT if youre planning to satay longer than a weekend, this is not the place, there was a dead bug when i arrived in my room, the sliding door to the balcony didn't work, the water on the shower was yellow, the bed was too hard imo, ac didnt work, tried to call the staff to address the ac but they didn't pick up, elevator buttons dont work. Its an ok place to stay for a weekend if you plan on exploring instead of saying at the hotel but definitely not a place to stay and rest.

We had the ocean view jacuzzi room. Large room with a jacuzzi in the room that we didn’t use but there is a jacuzzi on the patio as well and we were in it at the end of every night. Lots of options for food, we were never hungry. Sports bar had awesome martinis and morning coffee. Lots of chairs at pools and beach. Not one complaint. Would definitely stay again

Great staff ; excellent place for the family

"AI-lite" is probably an overstatement. -No fridge, no stocked drinks in your room -No alcohol served until 1030am...ie no morning mimosa or bloody Mary. -No bar to hang out in the evening, they have a limited bar in the sterile coffee shop in the evening - They run out of sandwiches and snacks by the evening, so your all- inclusive ends there too. You can buy LIMITED food at the coffee shop. -No sign on the ADULT pool, so kids were constantly getting in, diaper kids... soooo many kids - Limited sun loungers, get up early - No AM omelet bar, no bacon, limited variety of food, mediocre at best. Some days they have a taco stand. - Pool service by José was excellent. - Top/middle shelf alcohol is not included. No canned or bottled beer or soda is part of the all- inclusive. - The coffee shop lady is crusty, matronly, and made you feel like you were really putting her out. - No place to hang out after 9pm. There is a bar outside of the dining area, it would be perfect for later night music and drinks and games etc. Instead the place just dies at 9pm. We won't re-book.
