For starters the hotel has a great location, off the main square but still close to the action. This hotel is an amazing value!
The pool is kept at a perfect tempature and retro tiki theme with music piped in all day long made for a relaxing day suntanning. There is a tiki themed bar with fun drinks! They have a full menu which we didn't order off of this time. The room was spacious and bed comfrotable. We will absloutely be back.

Quaint, peaceful hotel with a great view, facilities ok for the price, good pool, bed was super comfy, bathroom was small and paint was peeling off. Had some problems checking in and getting charged properly (which I've never encountered before anywhere), hotel plays music in outdoor areas till 10pm, sounds like a night club, which could be good or bad depending on preference. Staff made it sound like it was adjustable, though, so would suggest asking them to turn it off if it bothers you. Mostly positive experience, in not slightly overpriced.

Enjoyed my stay. They could use an additional person at the front desk at 4:00 (check in time), kind of a long wait to check in, front office was full and everybody in front of me was asking questions which made it take even longer. Other than that no complaints. Would recommend this hotel, good price, clean facility.

Room description that I picked out was second floor room with two queen sized beds. Instead I was given a first floor room with restricted view. The beds were not queen sized just full and not comfortable for two full sized adults. Reception stated there are no queen sized beds at resort? These were not requests I made but the actual description of room I reserved.
Other than that it is a beautiful resort. We enjoyed the outside grounds very much.

This was our second visit to this resort and again we had a great time. The staff are great with kids and the pool tables/ping pong tables/air hockey table/archery/drone pilot training and Wii set up provide a little down time for before and after time in the pool. The night we arrived they had live music in the courtyard and tacos for purchase from the big BBQ so that was a nice surprise. All of the activities are regularly scheduled and provided to you in book when you arrive. We have avoided the time share sales pitch twice as we have no intention of buying as we would then be limited to booking 12 months out for high season dates. The time share pitch is one-on-one rather than group style and looked quite intimidating. If you attend you will likely get $50 Welk dollars to spend on-site and free tickets to the Palm Springs tram ride. If you hold off on the first offer they will likely add more to the offer to entice you.
