ITS CLOSSD

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED. Has been for 2 years. You get dumped in a different (sub-standard) room. Any attempt to sell a room here is a con (including via hotels.com who I have reported it to, but who continue to sell rooms here based on 4 year old pictures)

The hotel had closed and all booking transfer

All golden five hotels are closed except Emerald hotel which they tramsfer all to. Only one restaurant work and provide poor food . It was bad hotel and so crowded .

OK first the hotel is one of five hotel when we we arrived we found this hotel has been close down and we have to go to other one less quality and service instead of 5 star we stay in 4 star hotel, during our stay the maintenance brook down the shade and Windows was brookin the fresh water was out for tow hours

Huge disappointment

Rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were dirty and smelly. No wifi in rooms. Beach was full of rocks. I would not recommend this place for anyone

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in staff are rude and and the place is just s total joke, hard to get a drink and the basically serve the same food daily

At first day , we have a complimentary breakfast. The Quality of the food for first breakfast and Lunch was very very bad. At the snack time , they said no snacks available at the beach although we had All inclusive stay. I made an escalation to the hotel manager , he promised to have a wonderful stay , and after that everything go perfect. We had 2 special dinner for us , nuts and fruits baskets to our room , and they do their best to make us happy and satisfied. My opinion , this hotel only performs well with full reservation , so try to choose your vacation in high seasons.

Awful Hotel

Typical Hurghada Package Hotel

Paradise Golden 5 offers the opportunity to have an "all-inclusive" package in Hurghada. Overall, the experience was good for the money. Ask most resorts along the Red Sea, and they all claim to be 5-star, but when locals (even merchants) gain your trust they tell you the real story -- in this case it's probably a 3 or 3.5 star. This hotel shows age and yet improvement construction continues, as it does for most of Hurghada. There was a brief power outage one night, yet travelers should always take a small flashlight. The complex was not crowded for its size, yet apparently mostly occupied; the hotel staff was helpful, but English is not a first staff language. The facility attracts families, and is an apparent favorite of many Russians and Ukranians. The pools are large and well-maintained, but unheated, usually not too cool for active swimmers. The hotel food buffet was limited in variety but good. I recommend visiting around town, and verifying that you could do better, but you could do a lot worse.

Terrible hotel!

The original hotel that I had booked was closed and they put us in an another one. The room was OK and we had the room on the sea view whicj was beautifull! But the food was really really bad and also not clean. I had two days illness because of the food!
