Directly on beach & friendly staff.

Pros: Staff friendliness especially Ali Buffon at the shisha bar.
Cons: The food was standard nothing special, but the choice of desert was terrible. The deserts are all cakes and they are tasteless and should be improved
Location: There is nothing nearby apart from the activities the hotel offers which are mostly free and enjoyable. Marina is the place to go out to!
Excellent holiday hotel. The staff were excellent especially Ali Buffon in the shisha bar, he was extremely professional, friendly and polite. Hotel has many facilities to use for free. I would say that the massage prices are very high and we negotiated it down to £40 pounds for 50 minutes which is the same price here in the UK, and having experienced both massages UK massage is better considering they are the same price! I have been Egypt few times before and paid £20 for one hour massages which were better. Apart from this everything else is good.

Shabby and not in a good way

We were expecting a four star hotel based on the Expedia booking rating and price for this property. At check in we started to get concerned when we had to wear braclet tags to show we were guests for food etc. Once we entered the bedroom we decided to check out again. No mini bar no room service and a really basic garish coloured room. This is more of a motel than hotel and aimed at family market wouldn’t recommend for couples. For usd 7 more we checked into a 5 Star Sheraton and the difference was massive. A disappointing experience.

Reliable all-around hotel

Good hotel. Very clean all around. Excellent and helpful staff. Meals were a bit crazy because it was an open buffet and there were a huge amount of unattended children. Wifi was only in reception and very poor quality. Otherwise solid all around choice.

Room was very clean and spacious and well furnished, food was good but can have some more variety added, the hotel has many many activities to offer as diving, kite surfing, water sports, etc. It was an amazing stay there.
