Swiming pool is great. unfortunately keep in mind the property is old. There is no A/C on the lobby. And clean wise was ok except for bugs in the shower coming from the drain... that was disgusting.

Es un hotel muy viejito, y no sé si por la Pandemia pero muy poco descuidado. Tenía un olor a guardado, sábanas manchadas y el baño no estaba completamente limpio. Cuandoe recibieron no me dieron llave no controles y abrieron con llave maestra. Considero que en esas condiciones el precio debería ser la mitad por lo menos.

Convenient and easy to find. Easy access.
Found the buffet breakfast very nice; although price was not known until after having eaten. Architecture has nice curb appeal.

The location is fine is you are driving through. Service is fine. Very basic. Good wise it is one of the worst ones I have had. It is also expensive. Not worth at all. Might as well drive 5 minutes to a subway, KFC, or Pizza Hut. The swimming pool was half way full. They also asked us to get out of it at 7pm when in the rules it states it is open till 9pm. They didn't have towels. We were 4 and had only 2 towels. When I asked for more they said the laundry hadn't delivered them. Good location to be traveling through.

Nice hotel in Villahermosa
It was nice to have Internet and air conditioning, the hotel has an amazing pool, and the staff is helpful. The only thing I think they should improve on is the restaurant. The buffet lunch was cold and cost 220 pesos! The breakfast was good but expensive and when I wanted to add an egg they charged me more than the price for the upgraded breakfast so I felt cheated. But the room was great, loved the decor.

OK for one night stay during travels.
hotel was clean, service was good. Bed was hard (common in Mexico). AC did not cool room sufficiently. Power outage in middle of night for approx 1 hour. Secure parking.

Shouldn't be listed in Travelocity
We had a CONFIRMED RESERVATION but the hotel said they never received it from Travelocity. I showed the Front Desk staff my confirmed reservation email but they said that this was not sufficient. I forwarded them my confirmed email but they said they didn't receive it. In frustration, I called Travelocity Customer Support. The Travelocity support staff person then re-sent the confirmation email to the hotel and the staff said they STILL didn't receive it!! Fortunately, a very sharp and helpful Bell Boy talked to the Travelocity Customer Support (he was the only one who spoke any English) and suggested sending the confirmation to his own personal email. Magically, it went right through! Once the dull Front Desk staff saw this, the room magically appeared. Travelocity should not list hotels that do NOT have working email accounts. This is a disservice to anyone who actually thinks they have a real reservation.

Beds are past firm, which is not uncommon in Mexico, but still does not make for a great night's sleep which is, after all, the main function of a hotel. Good location, clean, inexpensive.

Clean hotel, awful service.
The bell boys and guys who help at front of the door are gentlemen and attentive. The personnel behind the service counter are awful, not attentive to customer service and unprofessional. I had a reservation on hand (provided proof with an e-mail) and still they had me wait for 30 min. It was a slow night and they were not busy. The young guy at the counter insisted they must have an e-mail before he can do anything- even though I showed valid proof of reservation. It wasn't until I got up, complained to the "manager" and he agreed they should have started my check-in. The management is a big part to blame as these service staff is not getting proper training on service. The phone in the room is very old and makes buzzing sound throughout the night. There was no way to unplug it as it is a land-line phone and the wire going into the wall jack was not detachable.

Nice and central
The fromt desk staff could not speak english, but were polite and as helpful as they could be. I found that I missed being able to open the window. The pool was great but the two for one margueritas were the tiniest I have seen in Mexico and my partner asked me if I could taste tequila in mine. Too bad or we would have stayed in the bar longer, it was cool in the middle of the pool.

I arrived quite late in the evening & left early in the morning, so didn't really get to properly experience all the facilities at this hotel, but my room was great for the price, the shower was fab as well. It's in a great location for the bus station & check in was easy with friendly staff. Only thing they could work on would be their wifi reception - mine kept dropping out in my room,

Hard to find using mapping programs.
The hotel has recently stripped the Best Western off its name. More complex, there is an elevated street above the access street so there is a self navigation problem complicated by the name problem. Once there, a very satisfactory hotel in a convenient place.

hotel staff was incredible nice and friendly. we stayed two nights, one planned and an extra one due to our fight being cancelled. They let us check in early on the second day. The room was ok, the rooms need upgrades, but in general, ok for one or two night.s

Good option near transportation
This is a good, basic businessperson's hotel with the perk of a pool. The pool area is quite nice, away from traffic (even though the hotel sits on the main highway through town). The hotel and room decor is very dated. There is dark, heavy furniture everywhere that makes the place have a bit of an oppressive air. The rooms are clean but they all smell of humidity, something that even blasting the air all day did not do away with. I chose this place because of its proximity to the bus stations as I had to travel out of Villa everyday. I also liked that the restaurant was open late so i could eat at odd hours when I got back from my work. It served its purpose and I was generally happy but if you are looking for a luxury feel, I would go somewhere else. I also stayed at La Venta for a few nights and while it is much more expensive, it might be worth it.

This hotel was clean and the staff was helpfull. The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of steel. When we looked at the mattress it appeared to be from the 60's and could not have been more uncomfortable. It was very easy to find the hotel and was very close to the main road into town from the north.

Good place to stay
The hotel is old but in good shape and my room was clean, it did smell a bit like humidity but is normal, because Tabasco is extremely humid. The people at the front counter were great and very friendly and I requested a taxi a very early in the morning and it was there on time. I would recommend this hotel for anybody that is passing by in Villahermosa. The swimming pool is good too.
