Good location and a very nice hotel, the restaurant have delicious food for a good price... and everybody in the hotel was so nice !

Location: Many restaurants nearby, plus those on property.
Business trip. Used the hotel for meetings. Everything ran smoothly and staff was friendly and professional.

Bad humidity, abusive charges extra

Room humidity is extreme, hotel extra charges are ridiculous...they charged us 10,000 pesos as deposit for our 3 night stay...

Beautiful

Stayed a week on first floor room. Only con was that we could hear loud footsteps and hall noise (there was some painting happening). Other than that, it was a great place. Staff was friendly and place was even better than the pictures on the site.

I won't stay here again.

For the price I paid to stay it was just fine. Extremely noisy. You can hear everything from room to room. Old hotel with no noise isolator. I won't stay here again.

Pros: Everything. The staff just so professional, friendly and attentive.
Cons: It was all great.
Location: Great location near everything.
Staff was so polite went the extra mile. Very courteous and attentive.

Old fashioned.....

Old fashioned. Room smells moldy. Bathtub didn't drain properly. No in room coffee. VIP was supposed to be room upgrade OR free wifi and 10% food and beverage. No upgrade at time of check in and only received free wifi. Average hotel with potential.

Smelly room

Pros: Resraurant
Cons: Room smell and moiture; staff training; staff English language skills
Location: It is close to the center of town but this was a business trip so I did not do much outside.
The facility is generally nice. Room are moldy and smelly but nicely decorated. The staff is cheerful, nice, and generally incompetent. they are "sorry" a lot but not able to solve problem quickly. Five stars is a little high.

Smelly rooms

Pros: Good lobby and reasonable restaurant
Cons: Something has to be done about the mold in the rooms
Location: This was a business trip so I just slept there and then spent my time in offices.
Nice looking hotel but the rooms are moody and smelly. It was difficult for me to sleep.
