“This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely……

“Very quirky french property. 3 bedrooms upstairs in main building with one in an annexe with its own small lounge & toilet. Large very well equipped kitchen. Great size lounge & dining area with ceiling fan. The pool is fantastic, heated perfectly and in a separate poolhouse. Its 2 metres deep throughout so be aware. “Maison super agréable et au charme indéniable! Les photos sont conformes et sincères. Très bien située (accès autoroute, train, Futuroscope) donc très calme selon le sens du vent! Mais c’est vraiment supportable. Parfaite pour une grande bande d’amis (nous étions 16 dont 7 enfants de 7 à 14 ans). Et un grand merci au propriétaire pour les échanges que nous avons pu avoir.”

“What an awesome place to take a vacation. We were a family of 16 and used all 3 charming gites in Princay. Each gite offered its own unique character, giving us a true taste of French living. The gites were comfortable, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after days exploring the region. We loved the outdoor space and pool area. With added bonus of the games room. The hosts were very welcoming and on hand to answer any queries we had. A truly memorable experience for us all.”
