Basic, but good service, clean, and affordable
Hotel was not very central but a short Uber ride to center and old town. The service was good, the rooms very basic but clean. Not the most comfortable beds. If you are looking to save a little and don’t mind being a little away from center than it is a good option.

Not expensive hotel with breakfast
I got good room for very good price but overall the hotel is a bit old, renovated 10 years ago. Good breakfast.

Great location for a traveler with a car! Big shopping mall next to the hotel. Big parking lot. Unfortunately got a room next to elevator - noisy. Not very good smell in the bathroom, although it was very clean. OK breakfast.

Shower too tight. I had difficulty turning in the shower, although I am not too big a fellow. Toilet flush did not work properly.

Short and comfortable stay
Stayed overnight at Greenpark. Very good combination of price and services. Ladies at front desk were very hepful and spoke very good English. The room was clean and quite - nothing to deserve more for a short stay. Would definitely recommend.

READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY, What you see was what you get, very basic 'double' room, to single beds pushed together that rolled across the room very time you breathed near them, me or my girlfriend woke up stuck between the beds most nights. No A/C in the room, no coffee making facilities, not even an iron. Curtains were too short for the windows and as a light sleeper i was wide awake by 6am most mornings. Overall not impressed

We would like to mention, that all guests are welcome to find information about our hotel facilities, where described that we belong to an economy class hotel chain and there are neither A/C nor electric kettle for coffee/tea (in standard rooms). Ironing room (with a iron and ironing board ) is located at 5th floor and open 24 hours. Hotel rooms equipped with beds-transformers (convertible beds),- it means that double bed can be divided into two separate beds or two separate beds can be connected into one double bed; all beds have comfortable mattresses for sleep quality. Our reception team is available 24 hours and we always ask our guests to contact us if there are any inconveniences during their stay, - we will be more than happy to assist you and make your stay a most pleasant one. It’s the worst hotel I have stayed in. They have ranked at 3 stars in uk it would be 1 shower head broken and not working fully. It was cold in the room. No kettle or mini fridge in the room. Really not recommended

Nice room, good breakfast, great service.
This was a last minute stay and I got a really good deal on the room. I did ask for a large bed and was given two, but when I mentioned it then immediately resolved the situation. I was in need of a lot of restroom counter space and there was plenty which was REALLY helpful. I did wish there was an iron in the room, and that the toiletries were not just hand soap, but that was my fault for not investigating further. Something that was great was that there is a mini shopping centre across the parking lot for food and last minute items you might have forgotten or needed (like soap/shampoo hehe)

Generally excellent but a few minor points
I really enjoyed my stay and most of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, basic but of a good standard. Hotel staff ordered taxis, kept valuables within the luggage room, advised on places to eat (I arrived late but things were still open), explained the best method to get places (this isn't particularly close to vilnius centre but the shopping centre beside the hotel s somewhere that seems pretty popular and the prices are quite low. I caught a bus and realised as I was getting off that the bus was emptying as people flocked into the shops. So what annoyed me? I went to the bar to ask about a menu and waited my turn. I was sent to sit down while people who hadn't queued for as long as I had were served and then a menu was brought which was in Lithuanian. Another slight irritant was overnight staff not having any change.

Sweating without a fan
The hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was as described. But our room was far from being climate controlled; it was extremely hot. We arrived in our room to find that our room was in direct sunlight and on the very top floor. The windows were only partially open. So, we turned on the fan. The fan worked only about an 1 hour until it broke. We asked the front desk for another one; however, the hotel representative stated that they were at capacity and did not have another one to provide. They did give us a key to open the windows up. But with no breeze and it being the hottest weekend of the summer (90F), it helped little. We ended up having to buy our own fan, which was not as powerful as the one originally provided. Needless to say, we were not satisfied with our experience with this hotel.

good site if your driving
I was working outside the city centre and this hotel is in a great location for that. it has a shopping mall across the car park inside which there are a few resturants including pizeria and chinese. The food in the hotel is reasonable and inexpensive while the staff i found friendly and helpful.

Stayed for a week, August 2012 , hotel is ok, the staff were really nice and helpful , especially all the ladies on the front desk. Weather was overcast and dull with rainstorms and what really annoyed me was the location too far from centre and the taxis, every time i ordered a taxi it was a different rate, from 30 to 54 Litas ( mostly 50) i hoped one morning the breakfast would be warm, but unfortunetly not, for the whole week!!!

Very good value for money
The hotel is based in the car park of a shopping centre. The shopping centre itself has no great shops but there are a couple of passable chain restaurants. A taxi to the Old City costs about 10 euros. Basically the price I paid was extremely competitive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This is not luxury by any stretch of the imagination but I have paid a lot more for a lot worse.

Staff at this hotel were excellent,no complaints at all about them,the room was spotlessly clean if a little basic,the bathroom was modern and clean.The only complaint would be the hotel is a good way from the city,about 10+ kilometres.There is no restaurant(except for breakfast) and no bar,but 100 yards away is a large shopping centre with restaurants and bars open very late,so this was not really a problem.

Was kept awake until early hours by very noisy neighbours (not hotels fault), complained next day and it didnt happen again, very satisfied with response In general food was good but at breakfasts were of luke warm food, sour milk and stale cakes.. But staff addressed problems so I cant downgrade them too much... My general observation about buffet breakfasts is that they are poorly policed so errors are not picked up quickly

Sehr freundliches Personal mit gutem Englisch. Das Hotel sauber und einfach gehalten, genau so wollten wir es auch haben. Der Preis war unschlagbar günstig. Das Frühstücksbüffet war besser als in vielen deutschen Hotels. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es knapp 25min mit dem Bus. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Einkaufszentrum, wo man alles bekommt, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.

Отель очень понравился
Отель нам понравился, тихо, уютно. Рядом с отелем торговый центр, там много чего можно купить, так же рядом магазин LIDL. Завтрак сытный, есть горячие блюда. На территории парковка.

Хороший, недорогой вариант для транзита. Видно, что отель уже не новый, но все на достаточно хорошем уровне. Завтрак был достаточно хороший и разнообразный. В целом неплохо.
