Top class hotel in Vilnius

Pros: Location, style, comfort, food.
Cons: Some areas could do with a bit of touching up.
Location: This is a top class hotel centrally located in the heart of Vilinius old town. Sights, shops and restaurants are everywhere.

Great hotel with great people

Pros: Everything-location, rooms, service, food, people. Their multi-seed rye bread is to die for!!! Even white-bread lovers could not get enough of it.
Cons: I was there not searching for something wrong, but just relax and have good stay...
Location: Anything you intend to do is close by-churches, museums, bars and restaurants...
One of the best hotels in Lithuania-nice comfortable clean rooms with always ready to please you staff.

Room not ready at check in. It was suggested we go for a walk. Room was hot and the AC did not work.

Average hotel - great location

The health club / gym was not operational, which was not disclosed prior to me booking this hotel. If you are into working out, don't stay in this hotel. Room quality is average. Nice peplople in the hotel. Great location in The old part off the city, but you can do way better at other hotels

Poor attention to detail at front desk

No show for pre-arranged airport pickup. Arranged laundry pickup for large load w/front desk. Next AM no one knew anything about such a thing. Luckily F/D person I talked to happened to be there off duty and cleared things up.

Nice hotel near town hall

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Our room was quiet and had a wonderful view of old town. Breakfast was served in a light filled room and the staff was very helpful.

Cheerful and informative Staff

The room had a fantastic view of vilnius. The hotel is well located at the main sightseeing places. One male manager was very cheerful and shared with us about culture and language of Lithuania. We enjoyed the sharing alot!
