The sheet and pillows were excellent, as were the bathroom towels. Lots of choices for breakfast. Allowed early check in to smaller room.

This was a great location walkable to many restaurant options and the subway so we were easily able to get to other cities. Very nice hotel as well! Great room and restaurant with delicious breakfast options and a great bar!

Excellent hotel. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Well located in downtown near attractions, personally I didn’t feel the area unsecured. The staff is nice and respectful.

Buen desayuno, la ubicación no está tan cerca de las mejores playas, mas bien adentrado al centro de viña, no tan seguro. Incidente con personal de seguridad maleducado, se reportó pero no hubo mayor respuesta aparte de excusas. Esperaba compensación al menos. Aceptaron mis mascotas y eso lo aprecio mucho, aunque tengan en cuenta que es cargo adicional

The property is centrally located and within walk-in distance to the beach, shops, parks, etc. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and nicely decorated. The rooms are very spacious with very comfortable king size beds.

Value for money. Front desk and waitstaff excellent. Two complaints. Advertise air condition but they are in total control. Sometimes cold but mostly warm Free breakfast not bad but get there early. Shut down replenishing very quickly Fruit outstanding but eggs always cold and not fully cooked Unfortunately the neighborhood has taken a hit with protests against government Still a good choice when up against the destruction in Valparaiso and Santiago
