I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the past fifty years in all fifty states and most every Canadian province. This place rates as the single worst hotel experience I have had. Mainly it was because the indoor swimming pool is at/under the windows of several guest rooms. Amplified noises from the pool (think "singing in the shower" times twenty) are unbelievably loud. Couple that with incredibly bright pool ceiling lights that also shine into guest rooms. Additionally, the door between the pool and lobby hall slams shut and bounces two more times which pounds the guest room walls/floor, Lastly, people were in the pool all day between 8:00 am until just after 10:00 pm. All this adds up to being unable to sleep or hear the television or concentrate on work stuff. If you stay here and want a quiet place, ask for a room far away from the pool.

We came to this property for the eclipse. The staff and service were outstanding for this level of hotel. The room was clean. There was a variety of items for the breakfast. A pleasant surprise was the bread and bagels were individually wrapped in baggies.

Every thing was convenient. I would change two things. If they want to use fabric shower curtains the cleaning staff should replace freshly washed curtains after each guest. The other option would be to provide gluten free rice cereal. I was able to eat instant grits.

Simple, clean, and quiet. This isn’t the Four Seasons but it’s in the middle of nowhere yet exceeded my standards by far. Quietest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Property was a little worn and could use some updates. Overall it was clean and convenient. Breakfast was good and each floor had a working ice machine and vending machines. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Loved the king bed! It was so comfortable, the pillows were great, super soft sheets and didnt smell like bleach thank god. Very clean room. Front desk Jackie was very nice and welcoming! Hard working staff and really friendly! Will be back!

Pretty nice hotel.. the hot tub quit working.. the only person on staff didn’t know how to fix it but she eventually called someone and they helped her get it fixed and going . The tap to pay on the Pepsi machine didn’t work but the card reader did. In our room one of the drawers under the tv would not stay closed. It kept sliding back out. Minor things. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

The upgrade to the outside of the hotel looks great. The pond in back needs some help. Would like to see it cleaned up. Wish there was a better selection of hot foods for breakfast.

Nice stay. Clean. Breakfast average. Biggest complaint for just about all motels lately is poor lighting. Not enough floor lamps and ceiling lamps and stupid energy saving lightbulbs. Can’t see what you’re doing. This is usual, so, other than that, nice place.

Came for a high school graduation. Overall staying here served the purpose, however, not what i thought it might be more like a motel. Elevator had an odd smell. AC needs updating ...it was lo cool or high cool (never was very cold + it would come on & shut off or fan w/o air. The shower head was pretty amazing. And the water was hot! Wasnt there to watch tv but couldnt get a signal but we did not bring it to their attention. So there basically to sleep, thought it was pricey, but today what isnt?!

Renovated hotel but gives off Motel 6 vibes. Coffee in the lobby is terrible. Bring your own soap. Tiny soap bars. Old washer and dryer cost $3 each to use. Comfortable bed and good HBO channels.

The room curtains were covered in mold, the towels sized to fit a toddler, and the water was disgusting. There was a room around us smoking pot and the smell was terribly strong carrying into our room, making me sick. There was no caution given to the remodel going on so breakfast was VERY limited and cold. The registration desk still has their plexiglass up and the staff refused to speak up or make any moves to help us hear or understand them, with very limited communication on their end.

Easy access, centrally located to the events we attended. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff member was a little unfriendly at check in, but warmed up. No one at desk when we checked out so just had to leave key card.
