everyone from the staff to the other travellers are nice and friendly, however the showers smelt quiet badly
Very good choice for a budget hotel. Had issues upon arrival with a noisy group and staff were very helpful on moving us to a quieter room.
Size and modern facilities. Close to tram and metro.
Hotel is 10 min walk from Wencelas Square and National Museum. Trams 22 & 23 take you across river and to Castle and tram stop I.P.Pavlova is 5 mins from hotel. We stayed in old part of hotel and room was huge with bedroom & seperate sitting room. Excellent maid service every day and nice little ...
Great service with staff who are very attentive to and considerate of guest's requests. Basic, yet clean and well-kept rooms.
Anna Hotel was close to the tram. Anna Hotel was clean. Anna Hotel was unique.
Staff extremely helpful via email and in person. Would recommend to anyone.
Great hotel! The location is excellent, a five minute ride on the metro from the city centre. Rooms vary in size but ours was spacious. Breakfast was amazing, with so many different options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I come back.
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms and a big shower. At the end of the road they have an amazing pizzeria that's open untill late. Downside was nothing in english on tv and was at an OK location.
