“I always enjoy the Horseshoe for its convenience to I-10 in lake Charles. Been stopping since it was new. Hasn’t been long but already maintenance should be on top of carpets separating in hallways, bathroom ceilings peeling from moisture in the showers. Housekeeping should pay attention to mildew in showers and the debris in corners and under the edges of beds. Staff would do well to greet guests with a smile, and not fraternize in front of guests. Wish there were healthy eating……

“I never write reviews but I felt it was needed for the next person to see before booking. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, it’s dirty, gym doesn’t have any Ac, saw multiple roaches, breakfast was absolutely disgusting, toilet was stopped up when we got there and other guests had the same issue, shower ran out of hot water and was going in and out of water pressure, I asked to change rooms and they said they property was fully booked although there were only a few cars in the lot, so the only……
