Completely renovated in spring 2023\. Quiet location without overlook. Open fully equipped kitchen. Large garden without fence. Master bedroom on the 1st floor with double king size bed, shower room and toilet ensuite, large terrace. On the ground floor the "Picasso" bedroom with 2 single beds, can be 1 queen bed also, and the "Almodovar" bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom, between these rooms, with bath/shower combination. Air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in the master bedroom. Big terraces with shady porch. The Villa had everything we needed, we loved the location, more or less out on it’s own, but close enough to a village with a range of facilities,: shops, fantastic restaurant. Only 20 mins into the bigger coastal resorts of Torre del Mar and Velez Malaga. Easily accessible from airport and main roads - easy to visit area and beyond. Lots to see and do, and places to eat nearby. Thanks to Julia for her local knowledge.
