The breakfast was marginal. The choices were waffle, cereal, vanilla yogurt, bagel and coffee and juice. The hallway floors were dirty. The bed looked like it had just been fluffed. The curtains on the windows would not stay closed by themselves.

BILL was amazing. Thank you bill for your kindness and professionalism. Things not related to bill. The pool was pretty dirty as well as the hot tub. I have seen worse, however. The breakfast was supposed to go till 9am or 10. either way, we got there 40 mins before breakfast time was over and there was only 1 hot thing available to eat, initially there was a few other things. a big vat of soft potatoes with a couple scrambled eggs was left. If breakfast doesn't actually go as long as the time allotted, you should let your customers know so they can get their earlier. most ppl dont want to get up that early for breakfast so most of us arrived in that last hr and nothing was left pretty much. was sad. nice that they serve it at all. but just give more accurate info! Room was VERY clean. :)

We stayed one night before dropping our daughter off at U of I. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest and common area could have used a little more upkeep as far as wiping things down. Otherwise we had a good experience!

Adds claimed newly remodeled rooms. That wasn't the case. Piles of sheetrock dust around perimeter of room with no sign of where it came from. Im a carpenter, I now a setup when I see it. Bathroom tile grout hasn't been touched by cleaner for quite a while m refrigerator still contained last tenant's food. I was to afraid to look inside bed so I just slept in my cloths on top.
