The entire staff was professional, courteous , and always willing to assist to make our stay the best ! I enjoyed their friendleyness in ensuring our stay was a great experience... which it was!!!👍👍👍

breakfast was by far best and all staff from check in to cleaning to breakfast went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful

Hotel room was oceanfront with a beautiful view of the ocean, the boardwalk, and the pier. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. Would stay at this hotel again.

Noisy bar music & not accommodating

Pros: Beachfront
Our 3rd floor room was right above the bar. Extremely loud music played every night until 10 pm. The door to the balcony did not close properly. I asked if we could check-out at 11:15, not 11:00, due to my son's soccer game. I was told by the front desk that they could not accommodate us. Thus, we checked-out at 9:00. I payed $400 a night and the hotel could not give us 15 minutes!

well, definitely close to the pier, which was a plus. Not advertised as a handicap room, the shower was floor level, no tub, the sink had no hot/cold knobs. had to get air conditioner worked on. Pieces of bacon in the hallway the entire stay, the same bacon!

I do apologize if you were not aware the room was handicap accessible. I am sorry the A/C did not work, I hope it was easy fix. I am sorry that we let you down on the cleanliness off the hallways. This is not typical of the hotel and we hope you will give us another chance to show you we are better than that.

I like my hotel room, wood work was very dusty, patio furniture was flithy, also when entering breakfast room top of the door had bugs hanging in spider webs. Staff was nice and brooklyn was suoer helpful

Close to beach and fun activities. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast staff were awesome. Lots of hot and cold foods.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved the kiddie pool for my son.

It Is an old hotel. Not what we are used to but honestly, walking down the boardwalk they are all old. The side that faces the street is updated but the oceanside shows its age. The view was awesome. However, the air conditioning is a nightmare. It blows constantly. I am 55 year old woman and am never cold. I wore a sweatshirt and pants to bed and was still freezing. If you set it at 70 degreess the blower would whine like it wasn’t working and the room would get hot and stuffy. Set it on 69 and it was the Antaric. Would not stay again.
