Stay Away From This One

Expedia says this hotel has; free WiFi,free airport shuttle, and fla $5 resort fee. When I got to the hotel; no free WiFi, No shuttle before 7am "the airport is a mile away!", and a $15 resort fee! Hotel staff was rude and didn't have a care in the world. Told me the shuttle driver doesn't wake up that early ' I needed the shuttle at 630am' . While I was waiting for my Uber at 6:15 I stood outside and watched an employee play video games on the lobby tv with the door locked and not paying attention to me knocking. Room was dirty on the perimeter. Decent location, only good thing. I would stay away from this place, don't give them your business.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Staff, AC, had many issues
Location: the location appeared unsafe
Had many issues at this hotel. It is unsafe as everybody has access to the elevator and the rooms. AC was leaking water, we brought it to their attention and they never fixed it. The key card didn't work and it took them the whole day to fix it, I had to stay in the room until it was fixed.

bad experience dirty

Cons: everything else
room need to be clean blood spatter on wall of bathroom, hand prints on mirror. sink and tub dirty, There where gaps in door. room smelled of marijuana. The only good thing was the New Beds. It was more like short stay residential worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Never again

We had 2 rooms, they both smelled like cigarettes. It was noisy the entire night, reception took 20 minutes to sign is in at night. It's on a busy street and for 103 for each room definitely would not stay there again.

BAD PLACE

waited until 1 am for a hour while the nite clerk locked the lobby and would not answer the phone. he was with a cleaning lady doing other things in a room... terrible hotel railings are falling off the second and third floors,some permanent tenant i'll refer to as the ice nazi tells you not to fill a cooler or else! noisy with party people all nite ! the am breakfast is all gone by 6:15 as workers that live there take everything offered .you'll be lucky to get a crumb. should be condemned and torn down! housekeeping and maintenance are the nicest ! and understand . if you stay there bring a gun and watchdog!

Dirty, smelly, & bugs

Booked a king sized bed, got two doubles. Manager refused to honor booking even with the confirmation email to prove it. Booked non-smoking, the room reeked of smoke so badly it made my eyes burn. Manager refused to switch my room and instead sprayed air freshener. The room was filthy. My feet were black after walking on carpet. Carpet was damp all over as the ac unit was literally spitting out water droplets. There was visible mold all around the unit and curtains. Here's the icing on the cake... My boyfriend opened the nightstand drawer and we saw about 50 roaches scatter. Needless to say we left. The only positive is that it seems to be located in a safe area and has hot hot water.
