The room and sheets had a funny odor. I booked a room for 2 and there was only 1 wash cloth. I had to go get my own sheets which wasnt very accommodating. They barely answered the front desk phone. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Definitely NOT go back to this property

Location: I did not feel safe staying at this location
What I saw at the check-in counter was "NO REFUND, NO REFUND, NO REFUND" and "$1 per day Internet" when Internet access should be free according to what this hotel says on their website. I was assigned to a room where I had to go through side door which should be locked and could be opened with guest key only, however, door had never been locked as it was duct-taped not to lock. There was no security camera around and anyone could come in anytime. My room looked like under construction all over - unfinished paint, huge gap between door and floor so that all noises come through all day, broken tile on the floor, electric outlet was not mounted on the wall and half hanging, and the SMELL LIKE MOLD. There was not enough towel or amenity, and even if we asked housekeeping service to the hotel manager at the front desk, AND directly to the housekeeper giving her $5 advance tip, we did NOT get any housekeeping service and we were even told to bring dirty towels BY OURSELVES to the front desk to get fresh towel. When we complained and requested housekeeping at the front desk at night time, we were even told by a male front desk "YOU CAN GET OUT THE PROPERTY RIGHT NOW IF YOU DON'T LIKE" and was told to talk to the manager in the morning when we were scheduled to check out. Later the hotel manager contacted me personally by email claiming we had to 'confer' to management, however, SHE IS THE ONE completely IGNORED us when we had asked very first time in person,

The room I was in had bugs in it. The bathroom was extremely gross, the Jacuzzi tub looked as if there was a dead body in it once upon a time. Their breakfast wasn't breakfast, it was like being in high school café for breakfast again. None of the ice machines on any of the floors worked, had to go all the way to the other building for ice

Cheap price..... you get what you pay for

The bed was absolutely terrible lumps everywhere. The bathroom part of the shower ledge where it holds soap and shampoo had broken off and was laying in the tub shower head falling out which spray water everywhere bugs in the bathroom room smells musty.

Excellent value for the money. Only complaint was the neighbors being loud outside at 1 am, but it was a Saturday night. We also stayed on Sunday night and it was very quiet. The rooms have been updated and are comfortable. The bed was a little hard for me, but I like very soft beds.

Stay Away From This One

Expedia says this hotel has; free WiFi,free airport shuttle, and fla $5 resort fee. When I got to the hotel; no free WiFi, No shuttle before 7am "the airport is a mile away!", and a $15 resort fee! Hotel staff was rude and didn't have a care in the world. Told me the shuttle driver doesn't wake up that early ' I needed the shuttle at 630am' . While I was waiting for my Uber at 6:15 I stood outside and watched an employee play video games on the lobby tv with the door locked and not paying attention to me knocking. Room was dirty on the perimeter. Decent location, only good thing. I would stay away from this place, don't give them your business.

Location: the location appeared unsafe
Had many issues at this hotel. It is unsafe as everybody has access to the elevator and the rooms. AC was leaking water, we brought it to their attention and they never fixed it. The key card didn't work and it took them the whole day to fix it, I had to stay in the room until it was fixed.

bad experience dirty

room need to be clean blood spatter on wall of bathroom, hand prints on mirror. sink and tub dirty, There where gaps in door. room smelled of marijuana. The only good thing was the New Beds. It was more like short stay residential worst hotel I ever stayed in.
