The hotel is brand new. Almost everything about the hotel is outstanding. Things can happen that’s out of anyone’s control, that being said, went to take a shower and there wasn’t enough water coming out of the shower to use it. Notified the front desk and never heard back. After 1 hour I went down to the front desk and was told that everything looked good on their end, and no one else complained. He said that too many people must be using the water at the same time. After more discussion, he finally said, it’s your problem and walked away. After refusing to refund my money because of renting thru Expedia, I finally said, please put me in a new room, after more discussion he finally agreed to give me a new room. The water worked okay in the new room. Note: things can happen anytime or anywhere and I can accept that, but I can’t accept being told “it’s your problem”. All he had to do at the beginning was to just offer a new room!!!!!
