Nice hotel close to the beach

Pros: It was within our budget and they had a room available.
Cons: Stop allowing pets. People traveled for years without their pets, why start now? The pets make it uncomfortable for other guests.
Location: Great location, near the beach and restaurants.
Hotel is a good stay for the money. The front desk clerks were friendly and willing to help. I don't like the idea of "dog friendly" because your hear barking and the hotel is starting to smell like dogs.

Great hotel in Va beach

Pros: I like the buffet breakfast which consist of delicious waffles . which we were able to cook for ourselves, the wide selection of pastries and fruit. ,
Cons: the only thing I couldthink of would be a larger bar of soap in the washroom , our room looked over the street below and we enjoyed the view
Location: We went shopping and there are many stores nearby. also an amusement park which is great for the kids. and that Sunday we visited a catholic church .
We arrived early before check in time This was our first time here. We were greeted by a kind and helpful rep. She filled us in where everything is and the Buffet breakfast , which was great by the way,. she also told us about the near by groc store right behind the hotel..We had a wonderful time here ! thanks to all the staff! our room was so clean and roomy.with a microwave and small refridgerator.

Mother and daughter getaway

Pros: For a pet friendly hotel, it was very clean.
Cons: Nothing from what I noticed.
Location: There was so much all within walking distance...Beach, whatever you wanted to eat or drink, several small shops, and Old Time Pictures
My experience was great from the beginning to the end. The Front Desk staff displayed great customer services, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. For a pet friendly hotel, I was very impress with the cleanliness of the room and the overall building. The beach, restaurants and plenty of stores within walking distance. Upon checking out, the staff were great. I definitely would stay here again. Keep up the exceptional work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Pros: The staff were very hospitable.
Cons: Remodel the common areas and replace the elevators.
Check-in went smoothly, but once in my room I observed dog treats scattered on the floor. When I informed the front desk someone promptly came up to handle the issue. During the remainder of my stay I felt uneasy knowing the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The room it self had been remolded and was contemporary. The lobby, halls and elevators need to be updated. Overall the hotel was just okay.

Beautiful getaway to Virginia Beach.

Pros: It is clean and renovated.
Cons: The mattresses are too soft.
Location: The location is perfect. Near the beach and grocery store.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the bad weather. We plan to return but earlier in the season. (:

Renovating

The hotel is getting renovated but that didn't bother us. We had 2 dogs and must have had a newer room. The staff wasn't around much but the renovating staff was nice. Breakfast was decent and everyone was very nice to our barking at everything puppy. Super clean and close to the beach.

Beautiful and Comfy Rooms, Super Pet Friendly!

Pros: Room Colors and Easy Beach Access.
Cons: Elevators.
Location: There is a lot to do Close by. It's Fun to walk and Discover!
I love how Pet Friendly this Hotel is and Only a Block or Two off the Beach is So nice. Very Comfy Rooms and Very easy Beach, Dining and Shopping access. Not much of a View. But an over all Solid Hotel Choice.

Mediocre; close to the center of the boardwalk

Pros: Pet Friendly. Great location.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Close to boardwalk. Everything was within walking distance.
Stayed here because they took my 2 dogs. very close to boardwalk and almost right in the middle. Some renovations going on but room was clean, neat, spacious and comfortable. Wood laminate flooring so I am glad I brought a dog bed with me. Breakfast was awful.
