Relaxing thermal mineral baths
A quick one night trip from Rome for a relaxing mini retreat. An easy trip by train under two hours. Great massage from Olympia. The dinner service was amazing...the best service I’ve had in Italy! The only downside was the spa facilities don’t open until 9 am (11:00 check out) and closed at 8 pm.

Nice location unfortunately Clean rooms but renewal would bei great very nice breakfast and food wine selections Check-in too late

Loved all the different soaking pools, relaxation areas, and breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. Beautiful restaurant.

Relax and Revive
This is a beautiful spa hotel with natural hot springs. I will return. Breakfast was great. Though I had trouble hooking onto the internet, I am sure the desk would have helped if I asked.

Sono stata molte volte in questa struttura, con amici, con parenti , con amiche a dimostrazione del fatto che ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene. Per questo ho scelto il Salus terme per un soggiorno con amiche.Sono però rimasta abbastanza delusa nel trovare la vasca termale principale completamente impoverita . Non ci sono più le cascate d’acqua tantomeno gli idromassaggi . È diventata una bella vasca priva di identità e che nn offre più quel piacere completo che ho sempre apprezzato. Ho chiesto alla responsabile ma la risposta è stata del tutto insoddisfacente: problemi di calcare…….. E per più di 10 anni come hanno fatto? Mi auguro che quanto prima, venga restituita la bellezza completa a questa piscina. Inoltre nella zona relax, erano presenti dei cesti meravigliosi che contenevano delle mele buonissime che invece, questa volta nn sono mai apparsi. Le tisane si. Migliorati invece moltissimo la colazione e il pranzo: come offerta , nella bellissima presentazione , nei tempi di attesa. Tutto funziona perfettamente. Il miele , una delizia.. Quindi suggerirei una migliore armonizzazione tra i due settori anche perché , mentre le signorine della zona relax si percepiscono abbastanza rigide, dalla reception dell’albergo alla zona pranzo , colazione e cena, tutti i dipendenti sono veramente molto più disponibili e rilassati . Zona termale quindi do un -- mentre zona ricevimento e colazione ecc

La ringraziamo per la Sua recensione, e accogliamo allo stesso tempo con uguale attenzione anche il Suo disappunto circa la mancanza degli idromassaggi. A tal proposito cogliamo l'occasione per ribadire a tutti i nostri gentilissimi ospiti che gli idromassaggi della nostra piscina termale non sono più attivi. Il carbonato di calcio, presente all'interno della nostra acqua termale -le cui proprietà benefiche sono molto importanti sia per la pelle che per le ossa- va continuamente a compromettere la manutenzione sia ordinaria che straordinaria degli impianti stessi. Accogliamo con uguale attenzione anche il Suo commento relativo alla rigidità percepita da parte del personale della Nostra Spa, e scusandoci del mancato senso di accoglienza ricevuto, siamo sicuri che si è trattato di un caso isolato, in quanto la gentilezza e cordialità del nostro staff sono tra i punti di forza della nostra ospitalità. La ringraziamo per il Suo prezioso feedback, e ci auguriamo di darle nuovamente il benvenuto presso il Salus Terme di Viterbo per non deludere alcuna aspettativa. Cordialmente, La Direzione

Struttura sempre perfetta. Camere comode e pulitissime. Stupenda la zona termale. Si potrebbe migliorare la parte salata della colazione, magari prevedendo opzioni vegetariane/vegane.

Schönes Wellness-Hotel, aber wenig Internationalität (hauptsächlich auf italienische Touristen ausgerichtet, viele Angestellte sprechen wenig oder gar kein Englisch) An Wochenenden ist die Terme recht voll Trotzdem: wir können den Besuch empfehlen!
