This was a real find, maybe a little dated but staff helpfulness made up for it. Clean, quiet, good beds & bathroom. Nice balcony to sit out in.

I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the spa, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!

Loved the location as it was halfway between our son's home and the hockey rink where he plays. Beautiful park behind the facility, close to shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the train station.

Very easy check-in; staff were very helpful. Great location; close to shopping, Koln Cathedral, Chocolate Museum and restaurants. Only a 12 minute walk to the train.

Best business hotel in town.
3 nights again at the glorious Dolce Hotel. Best business hotel I stay in, quiet, great facilities and brilliant staff makes staying here a joy. Probably stayed in this hotel in excess of 20 times now and wouldn’t even consider another hotel in the town as there’s no point. Shame the restaurant was closed during my stay but plenty of bars and places to eat nearby.

Lovely hotel and great service.
I stay here frequently for business trips and as usual the hotel and staff were faultless and this time I was upgraded to a suite. Only negatives were that I was in the first room next to the bar which was loud until 12pm on a Thursday evening and that the duvet was really heavy and I struggled to sleep as it was so warm in the room.

Great Location
The hotel is right next to a park in a wonderful location. The room was very spacious, service was great. The breakfast menu was excellent. We stayed there for only one night before our flight from Frankfurt airport which is only about 30min away. My only suggestion is that you allow more than 3 devices to access WiFi since in a family of four, often there are four devices (phone, iPad, etc.)

Lovely hotel, terrible room this time!
Room was located above loadin dock at rear of the hotel so I was woken each morning by the deliveries. My room smelled of cigarette smoke as the drivers would stand outside smoking.

Was travelling from the Swiss Alps to Sweden and stayed 3 nights at this hotel with my son, 10 yrs. Very good hotel. actually much better than on all pictures and texts. Will use again.

Stayed here for one night on a recent business trip. Nice hotel with good amenities and well located for my needs. Comfortable room with comfortable bed - only downside was air condition would have been good. Very good breakfast and overall great value for money.

Best Hotel in Town
Again I have stayed at the Dolce Bad Nauheim and was completely satisfied. I felt like I was returning home when we entered. Every question was answered, perfect English was spoken as well as German, and our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and beautiful, a home away from home. I don't think it gets any better than this. We stayed in early October, and the park surrounding the hotel was beautiful and restful. If you're staying in Bad Nauheim, I think there is no better place to stay. We loved it. An especially nice feature is the wonderful breakfasts included in the room price. They bend over backwards to serve you. I love the Dolce.

Really fancy, resort style hotel. Great for a conference or retreat. Its on the edge of a smaller city so don't expect a lot of "down town" restaurants close by. Otherwise it is absolutely lovely there!

I stayed in 6 various hotels throughout Germany during a recent visit. The Dolce was by far the best on all accounts. I recommend it highly. Quality and Service the way it should be. The breakfast buffet had the most selection and variety in foods ive ever seen. Fresh and tasty. I could go on and on. The hotel in all aspects is just great in every way. Stay there and you'lle see. :)

Wonderful hotel in lovely spot
Bad Nauheim is charming and the Dolce Hotel is too! Nice spotless room but not all of the rooms are air-conditioned so if you go in the summer make sure you get one that is. Great breakfast and very helpful stafff. Indoor pool and good exercise room. Next to a very beautiful park for lovely walks and easy access to restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Large rooms
This hotel is centrally located adjacent to a large park which I'm sure is beautiful in the spring. Approximately a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station but an easy walk in good weather. Nice restaurants locally and overall a good place to stay. Very large rooms compared to other hotels in Europe. The interior decor is a bit dated but that can happen in Europe. Overall I would return to this hotel.

A large resort in a wooded area just a few blocks from the city center
We loved staying at this hotel/conference center/resort. The buildings are huge and sprawling, including the Kurhaus, a Kurtheatre and many, many conference rooms. And an indoor pool. We could (and did) get lost in the place. The hotel area of the place was just over the conference rooms. We found it easier to exit the building via the doors right before the restaurant. There is a grove of symmetrically planted trees and beyond this, the town is about a 15 minute walk walking slowly. The rooms are enormous, and feature a large balcony large enough for 2 people to sit, and a table. The room also had good air conditioning. The hotel staff bend over backwards to serve you - even the taxi drivers are polite. The breakfast included in the room has all the usual Germanic breakfast food and there are many waiters to help you and clear the tables. They served champagne at breakfast. We used the room service once and that was nice. . Very impressed by the service. They replaced a phone that wasn't working well. Then they had to come and work out an internet problem. After a request, we only waited 5 minutes for help to arrive. I have no complaints so 5 stars

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werde auch für nächstes Jahr buchen. Als Hotel einsame Spitze und in Kombination mit OVAG Variete einzigartig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
