Three bedroom 2 bath cottage located on the Neshannock Creek with 1500 feet of creek frontage available for fishing, swimming, kayaking and other water activities.
The “ Falls “ are a one mile stretch of Class I & II whitewater with calm fishing and swimming holes in between.
One of the best trout fishing opportunities in western PA. Just 2 miles downstream from a Keystone Select Delayed Harvest Area provides year round catch a release of big trout, artificial bait only. Trout are stocked at both the upstream and downstream property boundaries and open to live and artificial bait fishing.
Neshannock Creek Flyshop is located 3 miles away in Volant village center.
One hour from Pittsburgh and Lake Erie; 15 minutes from Grove City Outlets; 5 minutes from Westminster College and Fresh Marketplace in New Wilmington and the village shops of Volant.
Our cottage is located within a large Amish Community where one can purchase furniture, quilts, produce and Saturday baked goods! Visit the Fresh Marketplace in New Wilmington, voted one of the top ten farmers markets in Pennsylvania, from 9-1 every Saturday from May through September to hear live music, engage in free children’s activities and shop for local produce and crafts.
Relax on the Neshannock Creek in a well appointed cottage and let the sound of the water carry your stress away.

Great Visit
This was our second visit to this property and it was, again, fantastic. We enjoyed being able to walk along the stream, watch the herons! The house was exactly as described. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Sister's Getaway
We were three adult women on our 4th annual sister's trip. The cabin was immaculate, and even had a fresh vase of wildflowers. The creek is so beautiful, with easy access, and the perfect depth for wading. Everything we needed was provided, including a very generous amount of firewood. It is worth mentioning that the well water has a strong sulphur smell/taste, so you should definitely bring bottled water for drinking and cooking. I really wish there had been at least one full length mirror in the house, but aside from that, everything was perfect. We saw several blue herons and even a few Bald Eagle. It was truly a little slice of paradise.

Just what we needed!
The little cabin was just what we needed for our getaway. Quiet - the sounds of the creek were therapeutic. This is a great spot for a simple hiatus from the craziness of life. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Martin!

I'll miss our little creek house!
This property EXCEEDS the expectations gleaned from the listing! The creek is BEAUTIFUL and the house is VERY comfortable and well appointed. Mary and Martin are EXCELLENT and HELPFUL hosts! I would HIGHLY recommend this properly and would not hesitate to stay there again! Thanks, my M&M's!!!!!!!!
