“The staff was very friendly and courthouse , But the property was dated ,not well maintained ,\Lack of hot water for shower was kinda a downer . Bed was hard and uncomfortable ”

“The phone in the room didn’t work. The tv was fussy with lines running through it. We told them about it they never fixed it. The WiFi had only 10 channels. Nothing worth looking at. The food didn’t taste good that we ordered and not many selections. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. We booked for three days but only stayed one. We just took our loses. Never again! ”

Staff immediately jump to action showed to our room and made him two drinks. A special ginger drink the bartender put together and seltzer. My husband slept and was felling back to his self……

“We were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there don’t. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ……

“This isn’t luxury. This property isn’t as advertised; don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s burning but luxury. It’s basically a scam. 1. The beach isn’t private. 2. The place is a construction site with vast areas incomplete, and covered by straw mats 3. There were cockroaches in the room, and insects too. The doors are not properly done, there’s huge spaces at the top and under the doors, so the mosquitoes and insects just keep coming, even after you spray. 4. The restaurant was dusty -……

Scam!The manager told me there's no room for me in their hotel for after I showed my receipt and hotel reservations to him he said he didn't get no notification from hotels.com he got very aggressive with me over the phone and asked me to leave and payment has been made through the hotels.com app prior to that the location on the app is not accurate to where the hotel is the location takes you to an unknown place.its a setup to rip people off their hard earned money……
