Property was nice. The room was smaller than what we are used to. The first night we smelled cigarette smoke! It made me so sick. Staff tried to find it but couldn’t. Still there the next night but 3rd night gone. Last night people were fighting so loud at 2:15am outside our window in parking lot. I was exhausted from lack of sleep. Staff was amazing! So nice!!

Upon arrival, one elevator was out of order, and there were only two, side by side. 2 night both elevators were out of order. Upon arriving, there was no communication about the elevator issue, only signs on the elevator door. Front desk was good at communicating, but it had to be initiated by me. Also, the room’s arrangement of bathroom and coffee maker and microwave was difficult!

Its nice and clean. Our room didnt need no further cleaning or items needed right away. My only thing, there's no vents! Your in a room with no air circulation. The condensation builds up on the heater and bathroom, cannot really sleep right becasue you get hot, then cold, then the room gets moggy so you have to constantly change from dry air, cool and warm. Plumbing isnt good, water pressure makes the toilet take long to flush and doesnt have a strong fluah and a lot of times not even all the pee will flush on the first flush. Shower is great and clean! Other then no vents, its a great place to stay, front desk was nice, rooms were clean, has a fridge and u get breakfast. I would stay here again but would look around first because i dont like stale air. But we extended our stay because it is nice

Room was comfy...shower was very dirty and the water didnt go down the drain. No fan in the bathroom to circulate the air. This will eventually cause mildew. The lady at the breakfast that worked there kept staring at me. It wasnt because i was messy because i was the neatest person. She was very strange. It was eery!!

This is a WRONG place for R&R. Very noisy
Room was incredibly noisy. Doors are paper thin and the elevator just outside my door was loud and very active area. The environmental unit in my room could not stay on continuous fan and cycled on and off with strange noises after each on use. The cleaning staff were loud and bang around having animated conversations just outside your door.

I have stayed at this establishment many times and can always count on a wonderful stay. The room has every amenity you would need and the breakfast buffet is great!

Excellent stay
Very comfortable with king size bed. My only complaint is there were some networks on the local cable that were fuzzy. Breakfast was delicious. I would certainly return for a stay.

Great Find
Cassie welcomed me after a super long day on the road. I was so happy that they were able to accommodate me as I arrived a tad early. The hotel is under a little big of construction but the staff and excellent service overshadows that. It has plenty of shops near and I nice quiet location.
