This is the third time tat I've used this hotel and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's quiet, centrally located and good value for money

The location facilities are great and the breakfast amazing. Location is perfect to go out and party but not so much to carry a luggage to the bus station.

Comfortable stop over.
Hotel is situated close to town centre and river. Renovations taking place but didnt experience any noise. Just a bit dusty.

So the town is amazing and the hotel is nicely located near everything you need. The rooms were very small , we stayed in the triple room and felt crammed. The breakfast in the hotel was super expensive and check out did not go smoothly since I believe I was double charged.

Just a one night stay but it was nice. I didn't realize breakfast wasn't included so that was a bummer. Queen bed was two twins pushed together and they slid apart, a bit awkward. Hotel was clean, pay parking available on site. Nice neighborhood but under a lot of construction so beware for a while.

Good hotel
Good hotel with very attentive staff and very friendly. Good food - arrived late and only buffet available, but was pleasantly surprised by how good the buffet quality was. No mini-bar or tea/coffee making facility were only drawbacks. Excellent tasting large free bottled water in room.

Best hotel we had in Europe
Cleanliness of this hotel was excellent, and the staff at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Taking a VERY steep climb up the street a few blocks gets you to the Schlosswirtschaft Schattenburg Castle and restaurant (which has both excellent food and a view of the city below). The included breakfast was the best we had during our trip through Europe. The parking garage is conveniently located under the hotel, and easy to enter and exit. Our only complaint was that there is quite a bit of construction close to the hotel currently. However, we heard no noise overnight and they do have a plywood wall up to make it look a bit better.

Our stay was great. I was disappointed though as we had switched hotel to enjoy the saunas but when we arrived they advised were on summer hours and the sauna was not open for one of the days

Very good clean room with a breakfast buffet that can be included with or without your room charge. I had just booked the room but ended up eating there because it was convienent and looked appetizing. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the sofa bed. I ended up sleeping on this when my daughter fell asleep on the other bed, it was like many pull out beds... Bumpy. A nice surprise was the castle or ancient church structure with museum is just behind the hotel.

Loved it! Doesn't matter what room your in, amazing views from every window. Shops, cafe's, restaurants etc. just 3 mins away. Perfect location. Large clean rooms. Great price for quality of hotel and location. Will never stay anywhere else next time we're there.

overcharge - refused to correct bill
This hotel overcharged my credit card three months ago. They had a billing error and charged me for breakfast that I didn't eat. I have called 7 times and every time I call the manager is never available to talk to me. I disputed the charge with my credit card but this hotel insisted on reinstating the charge. I called and spoke with a clerk and the clerk reversed the charge and a manager put it back on. I've called twice again and each time the manager is not available. Poor service, refuse to return calls, manager never available, billing error - not worth the hassle!!!!

Um ehrlich zu sein hätte ich eigentlich noch weniger Sterne geben müssen. Natürlich war das Zimmer okay, auch der Pool und die Tiefgarage aber bei allem stimmt schlicht das Preis vs Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Zimmer klein und sehr teuer. Der Pool ( klein) kein Whirlpool nur Dampfbad und Sauna 15 Euro / Person und Tag extra, davon war nichts im Vorfeld zu lesen. Für 3 Tage waren das für 2 Personen gleich nochmals 90Euro. Die Tiefgarage weitere 15 Euro/ Tag also nochmal 45 Euro. Bademantel nochmals 15 Euro/ Kopf. Man rechne mal 2Nächte in einem Mittelklassehotel mit extrem unfreundlichem Personal an der Rezeption und einem kleinen Zimmer 386 Euro 90 Euro Pool 45 Euro für das Auto 30 für Bademantel. Ich gabe dieses überteuerte Hotel nur wegen des Pools gebucht zahle jetzt aber quasi den Pool extra. Rate jedem der nicht abgezockt werden wull von diesem Hotel ab. P.S. Das Hotel macht Werbung mitvdem Pool ohne tu erwähnen, dass dies extra kostet. Also
