“My stay at the BM Gardens Hotel was an absolute phenomenal experience. The staff was exceptional, everyone displayed superb hospitality. Pleasant smiles, cordial greetings and a readiness to assist was the order of the day.
It was my first visit to South Africa and I was made to feel as if I have known them for a lifetime.

“The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped the staff were efficient and friendly. There were staff on reception 24 hours a day, which helped with our early morning collection.
