Great home base for exploring the Burgundy region. The hotel was spacious and welcoming. There is a beautiful garden in the back that is really special. The chef does an excellent job. The staff at every level were extremely professional. We enjoyed an informal light dinner on the patio, had drinks in the bar one evening, breakfast in the dining room, and had dinner at the restaurant. Everything was superb and the service was exceptional. The freshness and quality of the meals was worth remarking on.

Beautiful hotel and exceptionally kind staff. Amazingly clean and spacious room/bathroom. Area though does not have many restaurant options so be well prepared and have a plan. The hotel restaurant is a great option but has a relatively small capacity so be sure to make reservations before arriving. The hotel also has a couple electric bikes (helmets and locks) for rent which is a wonderful way to see the surrounding area including the wineries. (Note that local transportation ie taxi is very scarce). Bus stops from train stations drop you off practically in front of the hotel. So convenient. I will definitely go back!

Unfortunately we were staying for an over night stop over. Front of house would not provide food for our 2 yr old son. We had to apply pressure and after asking the 5th person who in this case happened to be a woman, she understood the need for a child to eat. We were told fully booked. After complaining several times and realising dinner was a buffet front of house offered us the leftovers. Myself and my wife were disgusted with the attitude towards the children. Would NEVER recommend this abomination of a so called hotel.

Near Beaune lovely hotel.
This was our second time staying at this property near Beaune in Burgundy. The accommodations and staff are very nice and also convenient to have free parking right in front of the hotel. Good air conditioning for the warm humid days of our stay.

It’s not worth the price
It’s not worth the price. Communication was really bad. Food at the ‘star’ restaurant was horrible. Dishes were beautifully presented but the combination of ingredients did not go well together. I do not recommend it at all.

Luxurious and comfortable.
Luxury hotel with room to match and very good dinner and breakfast in midst of the Burgundy. Convenient location for overnight stay on way to or from coast or mountains. Only quibble was that dInner service was very slow.

Check in is not easy and although I asked to reserve the pool this was not documented and the kids couldnt swim upon arrival. Service is poor.

Our second (third USA) floor room had no wifi reception. Temperature control in the shower did not operate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could use extra waiters in the dining room. Food was excellent. Facilities are clean and modern.

It’s located in the prime location of vineyards, convenient to explore the domaines closed to the hotel but not the most ideal location for wine tasing. If you are keen to taste a lot of wines in the region, it’s better to stay in the city.

Limited service--couldn't get help with luggage. Breakfast quite expensive, at Eur19+ per head per day. Otherwise pretty good experience.

Nice modern hotel in pretty rural setting
Overnight stop with young children on our way to the south of France We booked last minute and had a very big room (junior suite) with plenty of room for us all (two adults and three children young children). The children had their own bathrobes and slippers in little sizes which they loved and the baby cot was all set up with a teddy. The menu wasn’t super child friendly and the options for room service were quite limited though tasty and good portion size. Lovely breakfast. The last minute price we paid was great and a good deal.

Watch out for lies
The hotel lied about the number of beds they had. We were told 1 double and 3 single beds. When we got there they said they don’t have any rooms that would fit that description. Either hotels.com or this hotel deceived us which as a family of 5 we had one person who had to sleep on the ground. Pitiful.

I have stayed in Le Richebourg 5 times noe with is recommendation enough. The hotel resteraunt & the attentive staff are all excellent. I look forward to my next visit

Not great for families...lovely food for grown ups
We booked via hotels.com a family suite overlooking the vineyards. We were shown into a large first floor room overlooking the car park. I was informed they had no such thing g as a family suite overlooking the vireyard. I had also assumed a suite to be at least two rooms - not three beds in one for over 200 eiuros. I had to upgrade our room to an 'apartment' at extra cost. Disappointing. Your website promotes misinformation. This to onside they had an expensive restaurant witch realistically was the only evening option as Vosnee Romanee is very small. Not that great for families. We enjoyed a nice walk and next day run through the vines...

Lovely and Quaint
We watched the stage 7 Tour de France finish in nearby Nuits St. George. There was so much to see and do especially if you like to bicycle and drink wine. Staff was helpful. Local wines are much less expensive if you purchase direct from winery or in the local market. We didn't use the sauna or soak in the spa, but both looked lovely. The hotel looked exactly like the photos online. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable but didn't leave me breathless
The room was nice, clean and fairly roomy. The restaurant on site was good but not spectacular. There were spa facilities offered but we didn't have time to partake. There wasn't a lot to see in walking distance but wine tours could be had close by.

Perfect location and hotel
The hotel was in a perfect location, right between three tasting rooms on the main road of Vosne-Romanee. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The hot tub, sauna, and steam rooms are underutilized and very clean. We are looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Burgundy -- hard to imagine a better place for the cost.

Excellent hotel, close to (but set back from) the Route Nationale running through the Burgundy vineyards. Five minutes from Nuits-Saint-Georges, and 15 minutes south of Dijon. Excellent staff throughout, and a restaurant serving refined dishes with a regional twist.

Super stay in Burgundy
Excellent hotel, warm welcome and lovely restaurant with a good wine list.Very helpful sommelier. The Spa is small and cramped. A little pool would add greatly to the facilities.

déconnection en famille
un formidable séjour en famille. Le faite que le spa et les soins soient ouvert aux enfants est un grand plus et que nous puissions réserver un créneau horaire (Spa) ça évite d'être trop nombreux ! D'ailleurs choisi pour ça et sans regrets... Le resto, le pti dej' très appréciable et le personnel excellent Un grand bravo à ce super hotel... nous reviendrons l'année prochaine !
