“Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war ok, wobei man bei den Temperaturen sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht hat. Das Essen war auf das internationale Publikum ausgerichtet und hatte eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Hausmeister täglich im Einsatz um das auch so beizubehalten. Lediglich die Gemeinschaftsräume und das Foyer bräuchten mal neues Mobiliar und die dort vorhandenen Sanitären……

“From the moment the hosts greeted us at the villa we knew it would be awesome. The hosts were so sweet and welcoming. The property itself is gorgeous. All amenities were thoughtfully provided. The villa itself was gorgeous with a wonderful pool and pool deck, including multiple seating and lounging options. The bedrooms were nicely appointed, there were enough towels for everyone with plenty of extra, including beach towels. The kitchen had everything - including a juicer the kids used to make……

“We have just returned from two wonderful weeks at the Troulis Aparthotel. We had a one bedroom apartment with a spectacular sea view (No.37) From the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome and throughout our stay every member of the reception staff were cheerful and helpful in answering any questions and had good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment had everything we needed with a very comfy bed and was cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed……

“Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality.……
