Just traveling through. WaKeeney had been hit by wind and hail two days previous. Most of the buildings in town had been damaged, including the hotel. Despite this, the staff was wonderful. We got a free upgrade since the original room was damaged. Very satisfied.

Not worth being called a suite

We had a king suite with kitchen. We only had one chair to sit in and it was in the corner beside the t.v. and nowhere else to put it. No chair at the desk to use for working with computer. The front desk person said that there wasn't enough room. We took the chair from the computer desk in the lobby. No other room to sit to see t.v. Not worth $110.00 a night. Will not stay there again!

Stay was good. Vanity light in bathroom didn't work and clock in room was set 25 minutes slow, which I didn't realize until the alarm in my phone went off.

Sorry the clock did not get changed to the proper setting. The light must of just gone off because the Maids always turn them on when cleaning. Sorry for that. Safe travels

The room was clean but there where no towels in pool area. When we told the staff they said ok but none where brought to the pool area. People who stayed in room above us where doing gymnastics until about 10pm but then all was quite. Breakfast was great, lots of options and staff friendly.

Sorry for the inconvenience of the towels not being brought down. When we are full the Front Desk Clerk is busy but we will try to watch the amount of towels down at the pool closer.
