smells!!!

Cons: Smells Air conditioner Cleanliness
Location: Richaland Mall
This hotel smells terrible!!! While they are trying to update, it needs a deep cleaning everywhere!!! Especially for the price they charged!!!! The air conditioner needs to be updated. Sounded terrible!!! The hotel smells horribly!!!!

First time stay at Extended Stay Facility

Pros: very convenient for our needs.
Cons: Put coffee in the room kitchen.
Everything about the staff, hotel itself was very good. The staff especially the cleaning staff was exceptional. Having never stayed at an Extended Stay facility before I was not prepared for the lack of amenities like coffee etc. However our stay was very much a pleasure as we adapted and took care of the situation. We would stay there again if in the area.

Pros: clean
Cons: wifi security
wifi is spotty and not secure. no ice machine so enjoy waiting 6-8 hours for tap water to cool in the freezer

Worst Hotel Ever

Cons: ADMINISTRATION. MAINTENANCE. CLEANLINESS ELIMINATE THAT JOKE OF BREAKFAST
We had a confirmed reservation for more than a month having requested a first floor room. We arrived at 8:00 pm only to find out That our a/c was not working and there was a very unpleasant smell in the hall and worse yet in the third floor room we had been assigned. We went right back down to tell the reception ist . She was impersonal And not helpful at all. Her comment: sold out for tonight. Tired is the best and kindest word I can use to describe her. Another employee heard our complaint and he sent for the maintenance person. Short story: we finally got back the room at 10:00 pm. It had not been cleaned in a Good while. NEVER again Extended America

Ok. for the price, but not great

If you're looking for a very basic place to stay, this is it for you. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The little kitchen was great. The price was right for what we got and we didn't expect the Hilton. However, a breakfast would have been nice to have -- coffee was empty and the food consisted only of granola bars and individually packaged banana muffins. Other budged chains offer at least cereal and some even waffles! On the other hand wifi was free and worked well!

Great location to get on and off freeway, but not loud either. Front desk staff on check in was very friendly and helpful.
