This hotel is nice but pretty outdated and in need of a facelift. It's clean but just older. It would have been nice to know that the pool and hot tub were out of order. I chose this hotel specifically for those amenities.

This Property has an amazing Staff, very easy to work with and accommodating. The facilities themselve are a bit wornout and the tubs are small and not relaxing but clean and very nice. A nice quiet bar inside would bring this location to the top. Thank you all for making my night! It was great.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast the first morning could have been better (biscuits and potatoes were both very over baked) but otherwise good. The second breakfast was excellent. The only thing we noticed was the toilet tissue dispenser in our room was not installed properly and was about to come off again. You could see it had been put on at least twice before. It needed expansion hardware for sheetrock but only had screws. Needs to be repaired properly. Otherwise the stay was very satisfactory. We loved the room, pool and fitness facilities. We will be back. Very nice hotel!

Arrived in afternoon . Room wasn’t ready. Not enough towels and no soap to wash hands and no hand lotion or anything else on countertop. I even found a cockroach when I went to iron my clothes . Room temperature was higher than 90. We were burning in . We had to turn AC and set it to the lowest value. We finally got some decent temperature in the morning . Breakfast wasn’t as good as it has been in other Hamptons Really disappointed

What a great fun hotel, hottest heated pool on Earth, amazing indoor pool. Great breakfast, everyone very kind and nice and helpful. Just 10 minutes to the Baylor football game like we went to to see my WV Mountaineers beat them

Rooms were very spacious, the pool was heated and felt amazing, and the breakfast was amon the best we've had! Wanted to give an extra comment and praise to the ladies working the breakfast as they were attentive to making sure the food was stocked and fresh. They talked with the guests and made everyone feel welcome! Great job to the staff!

The staff was busy visiting with each other so had to wait until their conversation was done. When making the reservation I asked if the swimming pool was open and told yes. When we got there the PH levels prevented us from swimming. There was mold around the shower.

TV remote control not working. Landline phone not working. Very inconvenient. Poor coffee. Room layout was big, spacious, and nice. We stayed at a King Bed ADA Suite. We did not request an ADA room, but we were placed in one. Bathroom was spacious as well. Loved the big desk even though is place in the middle of the room.

Friendly staff, Nice stay, property needs work.
Friendly front desk staff, room was clean, water was hot and wifi worked. All one can really ask for when only staying one night! However, a note to ownership, the hotel needs to be renovated, saw wallpaper peeling in a few spots in the hallway, and in general the property is looking like it’s seen some better days. Aside from that, great stay!
