It’s was nice & quiet overall. Breakfast was minimal but still good. Small item -The shower curtain could use some attention. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

This property was a standard motel row property. The staff member Kim was incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend the hotel if you were looking from somewhere to sleep while passing through town or for a one night stay like we had.

I don’t think the bathroom floor was vacuumed, the windows were dirty and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall but overall the room was clean and the service was excellent

I would not recommend staying here! Homeless around, in a terrible dirty area. The property was disgusting. AC in the room couldn’t keep up with cutting the humidity. The beds & pillows are hard as rocks! Do not consider this property.

We were in a difficult position - in that our luggage did not make the transfer to ACT - so we were stuck with luggage and got in after 1am local. at the fron desk was so kind and accomodating - Trisha giving us a later checkout time, as the airport delivered our luggage after checkout. Would highly recommend!!

My granddaughter was not feeling good and they got us a room earlier than normal check in time. Room was very spacious. My only complaint was there was no blanket for fold out bed. I probably could have asked for one, but thought it should be in the room. Dining area/lobby is small.

There were no clean pillows or sheets for the fold out couch, which was totally NASTY. Dirt, stains and crumbs all in the sheets. The shower wasn't very clean and the cabinets in the kitchen were literally falling off. The drawers in the dresser would not stay closed and kept opening on their own to block anyone walking around the bed. Staff was nice but can't do anything about a lot of these issues.

Not worth the price
I booked my mother a room here since it was close to a friend she was visiting. She said that the sofa bed in her room was filthy. That the bathroom could have been cleaner, the chestpf drawer top draw would stay closed no matter how many times she shut it. She had an associate from the hotel to look at it and it was clearly unleveled. The associate could only say they were in a middle of a remodel. Bathroom could have been cleaner. She said the ac didnt really get cold. She hardly got any sleep. She said to be charge a $50 incidental fee for the shape the hotel was in was uncalled for. And for 1 night it wasnt worth the $100 that she paid. She never wants to stay there again.

Our stay was generally good. However, the attendant at the front desk for Friday and Saturday had poor work ethic. Didn’t restock food in timely fashion at breakfast. Poor job cleaning the breakfast area.
