The shower flooded the bathroom; the coffee pot in the room was filthy; the fire alarm went off at 530 am; the breakfast food was cold and oily; there was no coffee at the breakfast bar.

Having a smoke area by pool was very accommodating to be as a single mom, with a room also on the 3rd floor. With a suite room I expected more than 1 desk garage, but that's all I could find that I disliked.

When arriving it person up front was very nice but once it came to my room I thought everything was clean until I made the bed the next morning and found dried up puke on the side of the mattress protector. I informed the up front that I needed the bed remade and told them how disgusting it was. They told me that they could not redue the bed because the housekeeper wasn’t there so they moved me into another room that was a little cleaner but I had to downsize in hot tub in the room. If you plan on coming be aware of the cleanliness

We brought 3 kids to swim and spend the night. We live close and this was not our first time there and it was very pleasant! The only issue I had was the heating and AC unit in our room smelled like it definitely could’ve used a filter replacement! It smelt like mold but the odor went away when we turned off the heat mode.

The person who checked us in overcharged us. Had us standing in the lobby for half an hour with 3 small children who had spent 6 hours in a car, tired, hungry, and the baby with a poopy diaper as he argued what was simple math, that we owed 300.00 for a simple 2 queen bed room which were listed at 109.00 . The Management did refund us, but it was very inconvenient. Towels with holes, ran out of coffee at breakfast, and the pool was freezing cold. Could have been worse, but definitely could have been better.

We always love staying here at Ameriview in Waconia. Whenever in town this is our place to go. Was surprised with an upgrade to a whirlpool king room. Very nice!

I’ve worked at this location before new management took over. This inn was amazing. After new management the property it’s self is failing and is reaching poor conditions. The pool looks like it has not been scrubbed or properly cleaned in years and same with the hot tub area. The manager himself gave poor customer service and didn’t care to hear a report I was trying to make against employees who were not doing their job. Instead of allowing me to report he met me with a hostile attitude and kept replying “ok bye”. If you have ESA animals make sure you report at check in or they will Rudely call you to lobby to pay for your pets. Overall the manager handled this situation poorly and I do not recommend booking a stay at this hotel. It was not worth the cash I spent due to amenities being ill taken care of and their hospitality needs work.

Not good, ready my description! We paid over $1300 for 3 rooms that were in poor condition in a hotel that needs to spend money for repairs/upgrades. Some comforters had stains on them, 1 room bathroom ceilings were leaking, only 2 towels per room that were severely gross with stains as well, the pool/hot tub floors were absolutely disgusting that hadn’t been cleaned in months, sauna didn’t work, hot tub felt like like warm bath water, fire alarm went off randomly causing entire buildings to evacuate in to the cold, the breakfast was even poor (not restocked, expired milk, stale bread) for as much money we paid total, not worth anyone’s money!

Not a lot of options in Waconia for hotel stays. This hotel is the better of the two available. Stayed here years ago, can tell the property is aged and could use updates. Air did not work, could open window so that was ok. Rates are a little high for the quality of the property, stayed at more modern hotels for lower price.

This AmeriVu was very disappointing during my last visit. It was due to several small things. For example, both faucets wouldn't turn on at different points during my stay, and it seemed like housekeeping only cleaned halfway the time that they cleaned my room. I came back to the hotel one day to see the latch open and lights turned on after I had been gone for several hours: I have no idea how long it was left like this, and that's a security risk! My bed had been stripped but not made by 4 PM, and I assumed housekeeping would come back to finish, but they never did. The tv also took around 5 minutes to turn on every time I used it. It was a disappointing stay, especially given what i paid for it, and I'll likely book elsewhere in the future.
