“The hotel is a 5 min walk from East Nada. It is a modern hotel with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was delicious. The staff and service at the hotel was great.”

“The booking for this property was done by my daughter in the U.S on my behalf. It was an accidental booking, because originally the booking was intended for "STERLING GURUVAYUR. My stay was OK, except for a dispute with the staff for an additional cost imposed on me for the extra bed. While booking it was specifically mentioned the number of persons 3 and a spacious room with 3 beds was selected and payment done online accordingly. Still i was asked to pay extra for the additional guest. I……

“The property is located conveniently near the east Nada. The rooms are dated but clean. The service quality is below par. The AC remote in our room wasn’t functional. Upon request they replaced one. We requested for water which they acknowledged but they never showed up. It is unlikely that we’ll return to this place, ”

“1. At the time of check in, neither verbal information provided about the where is what, nor any printed information. Even room did not have any information or even telephone directory. Nothing is indicated on the phone about how to contact reception. 2. We stayed there for 2 days. First day, we wanted to take shower, before we head to temple, there was not a single drop of hot water. Just intermittently coming few milliliters of hot water. This happened in the morning of 5th Feb around 5:45am……

“Place was clean and staff friendly. Only issue is the location. Not directly on any main road a short walk through a side road. ”

“Was allotted room in 3rd floor. The corridor was emanating a foul smell. There was leakage everywhere in the corridor. There is a bar down near the swimming pool. Also the hotel is non veg hotel. The people going for the temple visit should avoid the hotel”
