Great stay!
Amazing hotel for price paid, nice pool and amenities. Only negative was price of food was relatively high and quality would be better from actual town itself but overall enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return.

Tutto ok anche se alcuni ambienti sono ancora in costruzione (aggiornamento a dicembre 2022), come il roof top bar e la piscina che, per adesso, è solo con acqua fredda. Colazione ok. Quando ti dicono che la cena è omaggiata (se vi capita), sappiate che il bere si paga. Qualità della cena media.

Wir wurden im Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rand der Stadt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Visitor Center von Petra ist relativ weit entfernt, so dass man auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto fahren muss. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war dies aber kein Problem. Reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Es gibt aber auch einen Shuttle-Service vom Hotel (genaueres kann ich aber leider nicht sagen). Das Hotel wurde erst vor kurzem neu eröffnet und ist auch noch nicht komplett fertig gestellt. Von laufenden Bauarbeiten (vor allem Baulärm) haben wir aber überhaupt nichts mitbekommen. Der ein oder andere Prozess ist noch nicht optimal. Die Mitarbeiter sind für jeden Hinweis dankbar und bemühen sich sofort um Verbesserung. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns immer weitergeholfen. Ein paar kleine Anlaufschwierigkeiten halten uns daher auch nicht davon ab, das Hotel weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Team des Petra Canyon Hotel für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
