Hi John,Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience and rating us 10 points.It's unfortunate to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, regarding the Shower tap which we have no control over as most of the time shower tap are under the shower nozzle built in those days.Additionally, your valid concern about providing credit card details, even after having paid for the room via this third-Party Credit Card Online Booking, we do take the credit card details for Security for incidental & damages as per policy and once your credit card details are taken, we do black out and shred those documents once entered in the system which is encrypted. Your honest feedback can be valuable for both the motel management and potential guests. Consider reaching out directly to the motel with your concerns, as they may appreciate the opportunity to address and improve upon these issues for future guests.Thanks,Cheers.

Hi Helga,Thanks for your positive feedback & time and appreciate your inputs.Some Apartments do have Smart TVs and all our motel rooms do have them too. We have ordered TCL Smart TVs for few left over Apartements and awating the supplies this week.Extra Pillows we do have them in the Bedroom Cupboards. Sometimes they go missing we will make sure they are are put their again.Just put New Aircon in the the Lounge of all Apartments were installed last week.We have also planned batroom renovations / painting for villas/apartments in Jan 2024.Hopefully when you are here in 2024 we look forward for welcoming you again.Thanks and HAPPY HOLIDAYS & SAFE TRAVEL

Thanks for the feedback we do have ample parking space nearest to guest rooms all Guest & rooms. Due to the Big Cars & SUVs it makes it harder to allocated the parking space in front of rooms.Cheers

Yes location is great here, 4 eateries/cafes a few doors down, 2 servos, 2 hospitals for those with medical appointments, everyone shops with their car so downtown is close and you're spoiled for choice shopping in Wagga.
