Air conditioner remote control did not work. Carpet was dirty and old. Property in needs of a good renovation.

Overall location was good but the room felt a bit dated - carpet stained, lumpy mattresses, no microwave, bathroom needed a refurb and fridge very small with no freezer

We do offer a microwave in the Guest Laundry, and we do have rooms with a freezer attachment as part of our kitchenette next time you book, if that is a high-priority inclusion! Very nice place to stay, room are basic but clean, there was no extra pillows, the beds are verrry soft, felt like your feet are way above your head the whole family , didn’t have a very good night sleep.

Was not told the resturant was closed on the web site or by the lady at the reception. This was the reason why i picked this hotel.
There was no freezer in the fridge so i could not freeze my ice packs ready for the next days journey.
The toilet paper dispenser belongs in a public toilet at the local football ground not in a 4 star motel.
Didnt like been gouged on price because i had a late booking.
Wont stay at mercure again.
Better value else where.
